They were wonderful and did the best they could to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible. There was a “Karen” holding up the line wanting her entire family to get processed on 1 ticket number. The ladies behind the desk stayed professional and enforced policy even as the “Karen” was taken all their names to write a bad review. Thank you ladies, all the way from Irving!

Im going to give this office 5 stars today. Miss Irene was very nice and helpful. She was patient and understanding. I had already driven to 50 mins one way to Cameron office this morning and was turned away cause I didn't have my Birth Certificate. I tried to renew online but it would not let me and it didn't give me the reason why. I also looked and the birth certificate was not on list of required documents. Miss Irene had explained that even though I had provided BC before they must not have scanned it in and thats why. The Cameron office woman was terribly rude but she was not understanding why I was a bit annoyed cause I was also seen there 35 mins past my appt time. Miss Irene and her partner next to her said I should log into my VA portal to download my disability letter to save the fee which was $44! So, it was fine and I'm all good. Thanks Temple Office. The Cameron lady who I did not get her name did get me a same day appt which was great and helped my situation be less stressful. She was not awful, I think she was a little overwhelmed and ready for lunch cause she was alone and it was busy.

I’ve been to some real bad DMV places. This place isn’t wonderful but it’s better than most. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The employees were very friendly.

Extremely organized and on the ball. The one at station 4 is the lady that helped me. She handled her self very professional. But not to professional were she couldn't smile and chatted a little. Highly recommend!

You guys need to update your closing time. How can your website say you close at 5 or 6pm. But, when we get there you close at 4pm.

Visited on a weekday, Appointments Mandatory and no walk-ins allowed. Friendly staff but limited waiting space hence suggested to visit 30minutes before appointment. Friendly staff. Have a good visit.

This is one of the fastest DPS experiences I have had. The employees were courteous, efficient, and accommodating. They greeted each person cheerfully, making what could be an unpleasant experience a good one instead. I was able to renew my driver's license without an appointment in about 20 minutes.

Busy, but efficient & friendly, it took us 30 minutes to get drivers license renewed for my mother.

Took my daughter to this location for her drivers license test and paperwork. All staff that we worked with were top notch. They were friendly, organized and accommodating. Recommend this location!

Stephanie did an awesome job with a very RUDE customer. Stephanie kept her composure and kept the respect for this customer. Trust me the customer did not deserve the respect!
