Can never talk to customer service pretty much a fail everytime i get on the phone nothing is resolved so hard to even get an id appointment are months apart i only write good reviews on things that go smooth they make it so difficult to help you its very important to have your stuff in order and this office does nothing to help customers service phones are cut off saying loud volume when we know thats a lie wake up and help your local temple people need ids to work and be successful stop trying make this a hard experience for people that want to succeed in life fix this problem for easy help and faster appointment we dont got three month of your time to wait im serious.

Everyone was so helpful and professional, my daughter appointment was so far out but if you check every morning between 7:30-8:30am you can find an appointment for the same day at the website. I was lucky they were open to appt whole day. Please take extra documents proving residency for minors or 18 yr old living with you. Do not go to the one in fort Cavazos they are not helpful at all.

I am going on a work trip in 2 weeks and realized that my ticket was booked under my married name, however I still haven’t changed my ID from my maiden name. All appointments online are a couple months out so I was in a pickle. I went to the Temple DMV last week to pretty much beg for an earlier appointment to make sure I didn’t have any trouble getting on the plane due to my name change. The front desk clerk asked me if I had my marriage license and handed me an application and I was able to get everything changed that day.I wish I could give 100 stars. Everyone was so kind. Thank you so much for your kindness and accommodations!

Online it says they take walk ins but they don’t. You have to wait the three months for an appointment.

Front desk lady is horrible. When making an appointment online for a driving test it doesn’t give you any information on what needs to be done prior before coming. Showed the front desk lady and proved to her that it doesn’t, was met with attitude when I did. Now I have to reschedule for an appointment that’s months away. Please replaced these people with robot machines already. Wears here txdps jacket but seems like she hates her job. Probably brags to her family and friends about working for txdps but is miserable and treats others with a rude attitude.

No DMV deserves 5 ⭐️We had some good luck with try his one because it's close to home. We weren't able to get an appt online anytime soon so we went by and the courteous and efficient clerk gave us an appt for the next day. They were nice and were appreciative.The clientele leaves much to be desired though. It's like being stuck in a room full of people from Walmart.

While waiting for my appointment, I had the opportunity to observe Nolan, one of the employees, interacting with customers. He was friendly & courteous to everyone walking up to the desk, despite being asked the same questions repeatedly. He even went out of his way to assist someone with a physical disability without them having to ask.

Place doesnt accept walk-ins, the website also doesnt say by appointment ONLY!!! , they need to chage that so they dont waste peoples time!!!

There is no way to get a response if your trying to locate your Dl in the mail. The automated voice hangs up on you after they say it's a long wait time. Doesn't put you in a wait line it just hangs up. They tell you to go online and fill out a customer service file but it never takes the security code you put in after you've put in all the other information. Worst service ever appointment only is ridiculous you have to wait out a month or 2 to finally get the appointment only to have to wait even longer to get you dl which is well over a month. NEW PROCESSES ARE NEEDED ASAP

Very nice workers. I showed up an hour before they closed and they were able to give me a walk in appt right then. If you go in prepared with documents such as birth cert, SSC, etc you won’t be disappointed. Fast and easy.
