My purchasing experiences from Don Ringler Toyota sets the highest standards and they’ve always gone beyond expectations, the service and parts department has been awesome crew to have my back and the collision center is top notch, they’ve even stepped up ok helping me out on an old truck that was purchased at another dealer, today I had my car serviced excellent job as usual walked around it noticed a handful of rock chips so drove down to the collision center and without blinking a eye they mixed up some touch up paint and was going to take care of it on the spot, I tell you what the kindness of the entire operation has made me a life time member I just don’t want to deal with no one else good peoples man no doubt

Mr. Mark and the entire Don Ringler Collision Center team are the BEST. I had never been in any type of an accident and had no idea about the process. Thank goodness I brought my car here! The patience and professionalism shown to me throughout the entire ordeal were beyond exceptional. To manager Mark, Debbie at the front desk, and the auto body technicians in the back, THANK YOU. My car looks brand new! I will be forever grateful for the exceptional service shown to me.

Visited to see if Toyota would fix defective paint that was peeling at two spots. Someone was walking outside the building and asked what I needed, so I explained the issue and he took some pictures before saying Toyota will get in contact. I had no idea it was Mark the collision center manager, so I visit again three weeks later to make sure they have my contact info and are considering repair. He must have thought I was impatient, telling me to bring it in sometime the week of the 18th. Couple weeks pass, called to confirm an exact day. Dropped the car off, got a voicemail the next day saying it was done which was awesome and very surprising. The parts that were painted look great and match the other panels. Everything was washed and tire spray was applied, so the repair process was excellent. Although I'm still concerned if the other panels will eventually peel. The reason for four stars is that it seemed Mark wanted to spend as little time talking with us as possible, and had a tone like he thought we were stupid. Other reviews mention this as well. Unsure if it was due to being a warranty repair, but you can't possibly attract other business with that demeanor. It has affected me considering doing any business with Don Ringler at all, thankfully the repair work itself was great. Debbie was also awesome, being the polar opposite of Mark, very friendly and talkative even when I accidently dropped her rather nice pen, haha.

Did a 5 star job on replacing my wife’s trunk. But they got a whole extra check for making a hail damage claim and didn’t repair the hail damage.

I finally made the switch from being dedicated to the Ford brand for many years since I bought my first American made truck. My first vehicles were Nissan mini trucks and Hondas. There I loved my Ford vehicles until the recent decade and years. With today's prices and interest rates it's hard to find a great reliable vehicle even brand new. I did a lot of research on my own and also have a friend who has worked at a Ford factory and the Toyota factory down in San Antonio. He said Toyotas make great quality products compared to Ford these days. The numbers show true per consumer reports. My best friend who recommended me to this dealership bought two vehicles from here. I have known him half my life and I know he would not lead me wrong either. He knew I was already looking for a new vehicle, specifically a truck. With my mind set on the 2023 Toyota Tundra Limited with 6.5 regular size bed and not the 5.5 short bed. Also, it had to be blue! Why because if I am going to be paying for a brand new vehicle I am going to get what I want and not settle.Needless to say my best friend and his sales person Lauri Bailey found the truck I wanted, it was right before mine and my best friend's trip to Vegas. I said if it is it meant to be, it will be there when I return. And upon return from our trip it was still there. Lauri had the truck I wanted setup and a TRD pro truck. The cool thing was I wasn't even interested in the TRD PRO, why because the bed was a 5.5 short bed.Lauri was not pushy at all with me from the sales perspective. She gave me time to think about everything. She was so helpful in every way. She made my experience here one I will never forget. The finance gurus ran the numbers with my credit score, with in the next hour they called me to one of their offices settle the deal.Overall, I was expecting to be here all day because that's what usually happens when you go to a new dealership in buying a vehicle. Everyone here was friendly as can be and helpful. Quite honestly I did stay here from 9:30am until about 3-4pm that day. But that was because I wanted the darker ceramic window tint on my Tundra, had I not waited for the window tint, I believe I would have been done with my purchase around 11:30am that morning. Pretty amazing in my book!I did request to get my Enduring Freedom Veteran license plates carried over but that didn't happen unfortunately. I will just have to wait the two years when it is time for my renewal.I am very impressed with the time of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Everyone here treated me with upmost respect and never did I feel discriminated or look down on. I am would recommend Lauri for your sales person all the way! She goes above and beyond to make sure your time is pleasant one with this dealership!

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT come to this place for your vehicle repairs. Bought my truck from don ringler Chevrolet so I thought coming to their collision center would be the right choice but ended up being the worst experience ever. So my appointment was schedule 1.5 months out and the day I bring my vehicle in the guy Mark tells me that none of my parts were ordered and that he doesn’t know how long it’ll take. So why schedule me 1 1/2 months out, just to not have anything ready when he initially told me that’s the reason why I’m scheduled so far out was so everything would be?? So anyways, it ended up taking 3 weeks and as soon as I get my vehicle back, the same dash lights that were on when I turned in my vehicle initially, were still on and there was piece of something stuck to my truck that they just painted over it. Ended up taking another week and no updates were given to me at all, I had to call myself to see what was going on and what was taking so long. Okay so I get my vehicle back again and apparently they don’t even look at the vehicle because the person that “fixed” the paint issues, put bad swirls/scratches all over the bedside of my truck and now instead of 1 there were 2 paint spots that had something on it???? I just didn’t get it? For being a dealerships collision center I don’t see how it’s still up and running with the treatment they give customers and repair jobs that they do. Then the guy Mark tries arguing with me making me feel like everything is my fault which had me pretty heated. I tried to reach out to the service manager so i can just get my vehicle back without anymore issues and of course no answer, and no call back even though I left a message. This place is a joke and I’m writing this in hopes nobody else makes that same mistake. Good luck to y’all if you turn your vehicle in here.

Came in for an oil change and a battery change. Ended up with a "recommended" bill that totaled $1500. It's funny, because for some reason every time I bring my vehicle to this place, somehow my light bulbs get unplugged. Just don't send grandma or grandpa on their own to this place. Sleazy and sick.

The manager of the collision center, Mark, was so easy to work with and very personable. He had things done when they were promised and there were no surprises about the repairs they did. Also whoever washed and cleaned my car after the repairs were complete did an outstanding job! I don't think my car had been that clean since I bought it over 7 years ago! Big thanks to this team!

Order hinges for a 2020 Rav 4 a month ago and haven't heard a word from Don Ringler. Got online and had them shipped to me in 3 days for under $100.The rear hatch is unusable because of a cheap made part. There are several pages and sites showing issues with these hinges and no recall.

Went in for an estimate on my non collision accident on my Toyota. Guy walks out of his office, I tell him about my bumper damage and before I can finish explaining, he ask me who my insurance company is, I tell him he says all you have to do is take a picture and send it in. He goes out looks at the bumper and gets ready to walk in the door. I said aren’t you going to look at the rest, he says want. I then said the back door in dented in. He says show me. At that point his general rudeness, lack of interest and not showing any interest in helping me, I just got in my car and left. I was planning to pay for the damage repair, pending the cost, instead of filing on my insurance. I wanted the Toyota dealership to handle the repair but not at this place, I went by another small collision repair company and was treated respectfully, given a quote, and I will get my car repair there. I will never go back there again.Update……..7-6-2022Don Ringer customer service never contacted myself or my husband as stated below. They service our car on a regular basis because we bought a service contract when we purchased our car. There is no way they don’t have contact information on us. Just another sign of their customer service. We may drive to Austin where we purchased our car or Killeen. So sad you can’t use the local dealership. Charles Maund in North Austin on Research Blvd. is excellent, Ramiro F. sold us our Camry and have been there for years. Honest, friendly and courtesy is key to their success.Treats everyone with Respect!!
