I have repeatedly asked them to NOT auto debit my account and i need and invoice. No one responds by phone or email. Tried calling the phone immediately disconnects. I want to pay on my own and not auto debit from my cc. They continue to take the liberty to run my cc without authorization to do so. Very disappointed

I used 53 storage and had no issues. My items were well secured and when I finally moved them out nothing had any damage.
