I recently had hail damage and collision repairs done on my vehicle at Epperson Paint and Body, and my car looks amazing! The hail damage is hard to see in the photo, but the entire rear panel needed to be replaced. I got my car back looking brand new and clean because they even detailed it. Brady’s communication was excellent—he kept me informed every step of the way. They were upfront, honest, and had my best interests in mind, working diligently to get my car back in perfect shape. Their pricing is super reasonable and affordable. Thank you all so much!

As always, I can’t thank Epperson Paint & Body, Inc enough for knocking this large hail job out of the park. My Mustang looks just as good as the day I bought it. Tommy Mach and his crew are definitely the best around.
10/10 recommend, although I hope to not be back for a while.

Had some moderate bodywork done on my Cadillac CT6 and was very satisfied with the work and customer service. And they didnt break the Bank. i highly recommend Them/ Ask for Brady he will take good care of you and your car.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This company not only did a phenomenal job doing body work on my truck, but the customer service was immaculate. If you're on the fence about who to have fix your vehicle, don't be. Epperson is hands down the best option in Central Texas for body and paint work!

Excellent job on both hail damage and rear end collision. Car looks amazing! Unexpected plus: my car was detailed inside and out to like new. Up front pricing, super honest, more than fair treatment. Will use them again if my vehicle needs body work.

DO NOT use this shop if you need a big job done. The good reviews are only from family friends or people needing light "touch-ups." Brady was an a$$h0le, no other way to put it. Extremely unprofessional and poor communication.
Took them 13 weeks to fix my car (the car was further damaged while under their care so they had to do a second repair)... when I came to pick it up, to my surprise, the car was STILL not done - they hadn't ordered the parts, but in order for me to leave with my car, I "had to" pay for all repairs (including the one they hadn't done). I left with a still-damaged and FILTHY car.
I'm not one to leave poor reviews, but I've truly never had such a poor customer experience before, especially for the amount of money I gave them. I'm honestly still baffled.

In the last 2 years, we have had two hail damage repairs to our Honda CRV and one rear-ended repair of our Honda Odyssey van.
Epperson’s repair jobs made both vehicles look just like new. The turn around time was quick.
Brady at the front desk is friendly, cordial, and a great communicator in person, by phone, text and email. He walks you through the entire process, deals with insurance companies and gives updates. He is a defender of the customer with the insurance companies. No stone left unturned!
Wednesday, I got my CRV back from a recent hail storm. The repair was perfect and my vehicle had been washed and vacuumed. It was immaculate inside and out. Looked just like new.
Epperson’s in Temple is a GREAT paint and body repair business!

Well the customer service rep had a nice tone to her voice but that is the only reason I am leaving two stars. First, online it states they do auto diagnostics; they don't. Or at least the girl on the phone doesn't know they do. Second, I called to get an estimate, the representative stated that with the amount of people having hail and auto body damage they are not doing estimates, i'm sorry im not letting you have my vehicle until you can tell me what you may be charging to repair it. Poor customer service. Good luck using these guys, unless your friends of the family.

Went up there to get a quote for a full body paint job on my truck, because they’re website says “Whether you are interested in minor car touch-ups or a FULL VEHICLE PAINT PROJECT, we are happy to provide you with a free estimate” instead I was told they can’t do my truck because it would take to long. I was willing to pay whatever they would’ve quoted me, but they weren’t interested, didn’t even get a quote. I told the guy I would try maaco in Killeen and he straight up said they probably wouldn’t take my truck either, welp they did, and it came out amazing.
