Attempted to assist my 91 yr old patient with ordering propane to be delivered to his home. Kathleen in the office was extremely rude to him over the phone. Definitely could have been nicer. Needs to sharpen up on phone etiquette.

Use someone else. They make it impossible to order. The website is difficult to navigate and open or find your account. You are unable to speak to a live human-if you call the local office it will go to a national number. I have never seen a business with a one star rating-someone definitely put a lot in of effort into discouraging customer interest.

Ferrell Gas bought Sharp Propane. In doing so they forgot to add us to the customer list who gets gas automatically. We never got a propane delivery so when the snow storm and bad weather which caused rotating power and finally no power or water for days.When power was restored we found out that the propane tank was completely empty. We called with an emergency request for gas. We were told the propane truck was in the area and they were going filling up the tank. We called a few hours later. We talked to another person who said they were going flagged as emergency even though the earlier representative told us she had done that. We never got gas. We called later and was it delivery was not set for an emergency delivery. We ended up spending the night in cold. We called them in morning and was told that we will get gas delivered sometime today but couldn't tell us when. No ETA at all. We have lost all confidence with Ferrell Gas. They can't be trusted in times of emergency. We will change gas company tommorow.

We was scheduled to have our propane delivered today 02-12 per there conformation no one showed my wife was on hold for 2 hours we ordered a week in advance anticipating the sub artic temps arriving this is not the first time they have done us like this...Horrible Service.!!!! As of 02-25 still no propane you can't count on ferrellgas very disappointed in the managment and customer service .

Called and representative said it was open. Drove from Salado and it was closed! Bad for business.

Drove a ways to come here. Online it showed they were open. Arrived at 850am, they were closed. Very disappointed
