Scheduled a service for alignment. Showed up for my appointment to find out they wasn’t doing alignments due to their machine being down.
Never got a call that my appointment was canceled. The guy I spoke to said he called me but I showed him I never received a call from them. Could’ve saved me the drive.

Traveling 5 hours on a Sunday. Tire sidewall got sliced. Was able to find online that the right size of tire was available at a store opening shortly along my route. We arrived just at opening and the store was able to install the new tire in less than an hour. Appreciate that we could plan using the website for tire availability and am grateful that the store fit a traveling customer in.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
I went in for an alignment. My back tire was out of alignment so I got a whole car alignment. Plus I just got a tire rotation 4 days prior. They somehow fixed my tail end and had it aligned. They informed me they couldn't align the front end because I had stuff wrong with it. Mind you I had no issues with my front end before I dropped my car off. I now have lights lighting up on my dash for my all-wheel drive and they told me I have $1,200 worth of repairs just in my front end all the sudden. This visit reminded me why I never go to Firestone. Do not trust them!

Bad experience. Had to wait for vehicle to be checked even after booking appointment. Didn’t see vehicle for 40 mins and then looked at it for 10 mins and asked around $60 for checking if TPMs sensor was working, didn’t ask me before checking if I was okay with price.

Asked the worker to replace my tire. He said, no I can’t do that for you. He didn’t ask the type of car, he didn’t ask the type of tire, didn’t ask what was wrong with my tire. Just simply said no. Do not recommend going here if you need a tire replaced. Discount tire got it done in one hour and I was back on the road.

Denied service for an oil change. Guy at the front was very rude about it, like he was offended from me asking. I tried making an appointment with him for the next availability and he didn’t even want to do that.

Very bad customer service by the manager there. I was made to feel inadequate because I am female & he tried to take advantage of that. I’m still not sure what they did or how much I was charged as both the receipt & work order said completely different things and neither are the amount that I paid. I would suggest going anywhere but here.

Made an appointment for 9am to drop off my Yukon to get an alignment checked (free) as soon as I leave I get an invoice for $138.52 and $12.50 were shop supplies 🤔 that’s interesting. I call at 1:30 to see the update. Nothing they haven’t even pulled it in so I tell them I’ll just pick it up they said no it’ll take us 20 minutes to get it looked at, we are about to pull it in. They had all morning and waited for me to call and cancel the job. Drove right across the road to big brand tires they pulled it in right away were very courteous. Looked over the vehicle fixed my alignment installed new tires and have an appointment to get my brakes changed and fluids flushed. Thank you for pushing a customer away to someone that actually does care!

I brought my car here for one reason, but now it’s making a noise it never made before. I scheduled another appointment and arrived this morning, but the employee, who was less than enthusiastic, informed me that they were busy with other appointments and it would take a while. He also made a comment suggesting that the issue was likely with the AC. Sir, this is exactly why I brought my car here.
To top it off, I had trouble finding a place to sit outside because someone stole their bench, and they don’t seem to have any plans to replace it. I have used Firestone nationwide before, but after this experience, I am reconsidering. No, thank you. 👎🏽

They did awesome wayy better then Killeen Firestone they found stuff wrong with my alignment that Killeen Firestone didn’t there was bolts all loose underneath my truck on the track bar and the tie rods and took care of business with no questions very trustworthy people in there Eric and Clint is awesome and another guy in there that helped best guys in there definitely be back they got my money for sure

Lied to my face since it was end of business day but when I got home and look over the paper that tells you what needs to be done.
It was the total opposite what they said to my face.
So I took my Business elsewhere.

Scott and his team were extremely helpful during a very stressful and difficult time dealing with my broken down car. They were very timely and sincerely did everything they could to help me. Excellent customer service that went above and beyond to help!
