Lines are always long and slow at this location .but staff is friendly .I live in temple but usually drive to the belton location they're very friendly and always faster.

I have banked here along time and have 2 accounts one of my own and one with my son I had my father go deposit my check in to my account while I was away for 2 months the banker managed to put it in the wrong account along with. Somehow messing up both atm cards to both accounts causing my insurance payment to overdraft with several fees and now I just get back to find out I'm 200 overdrawn which I shouldn't have and should have money still in my account cause hasn't been used for 2 months and no atm cards working they go take the money out of my sons account without any notification to pay my negative balance in my account that he is not even on without permission and the same banker that remembers the exact day she deposit the check for my father are saying their is nothing they can do to take care of their mess up and they can't fix replace my sons money or nothing but they couldn't tell him anything about my account they took his money to pay because he is not on my account but they can take his money for it after several years of banking with them and never no problems I am closing my account and will never do business with them again and do not recommend this banks business for anything in the world bad business they take yours and other people's money charge u several hundred dollars for their mess ups and won't ever help or try to correct any issues or problems your having or the ones they cause

I have always had a good experience with the service and the friendly staff. The line may sometimes be long but it seems in my opinion, that the workers do their best. Best suggestion is to try and go during times that are not peak hours.

BEWARE!! Nicole stokes, the manager, refused to assist me with a problem. While Allen the district manager stood next to her, silent. When I was leaving I asked her for a cooperate number so someone could help me with my problem, she gave me the number for the HEB store. This bank has to be the worst on the area. Go somewhere else to save your own sanity.

New girl with short blonde hair is very rude. Needed a class action settlement check cashed, my teller (nice young man with glasses) wanted to help but she stepped in and said no. So I go across the street to a PAWN SHOP AND HAD NO PROBLEMS CASHING MY CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT CHECK LOL 😂.

Do NOT bank here! It has been robbed several times. Somehow my SO got his bank card info stolen and several unauthorized purchases were made. He caught it within 24 hours and filed a complaint. They would not deny the charges. Apparently he was capable of making purchases seconds apart while he was at Firestone getting his truck serviced. There will be a FDIC complaint issued against this bank.

I have a small business account with this bank. My business fell upon hard times but I'm hanging in there. My account has suffered overdrafts in the last six months and my balance has been minimal and I guess this is the reason for me being treated poorly at this particular branch. I've had this account for almost a year and yet I'm treated with disrespect. Each time a bring a check from my customers to deposit I'm told there will be a hold on the check. However this is where things become confusing. This check will be a two day hold, while another is a seven day hold....based on what I ask? Now this part varies, your account has been in overdraft, we've never seen this check before and my favorite, it's the amount. I was there today, the Asistant Manager came out and spoke to me with a loud voice so that anyone at the bank could hear my personal business. She treated me as an adversary not a customer, and spoke to me like my small account meant nothing to 1st National Bank. Maybe if my account had more zeros my treatment would have been different. I only wish she respected my privacy and spoke to me with respect. Maybe one day my account will have enough money to garner her respect, but until then, I guess she laid down the law with a small business owner.
