Still way too expensive. Food for 2 seniors for a week runs us $200-$250. And we eat out at least 2 meals a week. Guess we are going to have to start eating beans and drink water or stop eating healthy. Hope Mr Butt enjoys all the money he has made since the start of pandemic, I know his employees haven't. Just saying.

Great store. Clean and organized. I wish I got the name of the stocker who helped me tonight, but I didn’t see a name tag. Went in rushing around during almost closing and I wasn’t treated any differently than I would have if I went in during the day. Employees were very nice and considerate.

I had some items missing! However I spoke with Jasmine in curbside and she was amazing. She immediately gave me a refund and explained how this happens from time to time, but H‑E‑B values their customers and handles each situation promptly and professionally. Thank you Jasmine!

HEB offers an array of ✔ "Select Ingredients" products. My favorite chip & dip snacks are the HEB Whole wheat & grain Pita chips. The chips pair well with Sriracha hummas.?These items can be found in the Deli section.?

If you're looking for the best grocery store on the planet, look no further than H-E-B! This place is like a magical wonderland where everything is better. The produce is fresher, the meat is juicier, and the prices are lower than anywhere else. And don't even get me started on the bakery – the bread is so delicious that I'm pretty sure it's illegal in some states. But the real MVP of H-E-B is the staff. These people are like superheroes in aprons. They're always friendly and helpful, no matter how busy they are. I've even seen them lift a fully-loaded shopping cart with one hand while simultaneously saving a small child from a runaway shopping cart with the other. It's truly impressive. So if you want to have the best shopping experience of your life, head on down to H-E-B. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

I like the location of the Heb. Makes it more convenient when I have to run errands around town. The parking spaces could be wider. O was going there to pick up a few items for home. Nothing major. I entered through the procedure section and saw some fruits that caught my eye and had to take a look. I live in killeen qnd as I was going down the aisles, I realized the selection was better to my eyes. I don't have any real statistics or numbers to show but it felt as if it did. I was able to get everything I needed( don't recall what I got). My only concern is the 2 registers that were open and staffed. 2 put of about 20 by the way. And lines in the self checkout lane. I was vocal in stating that if that's how they're going to set it up, then maybe they should all be automated. Or they could at least half way staffed.

Love my HEB... They always a wonderful store to go to. Produces are at there greatest. Wonderful workers and cashiers. Always a clean... They employees always there to help you in anyway. I just can't say enough about this store except it's number one to me 100%.

the store was crowded and hectic both times i went there abd it was pretty late, so it must always be (for me anyway). the products are reasonably priced and there are a LOT of choices. it's not my home store, so it was difficult to find things, but a local customer helped us, so they must not change things up, which is great. i did love how much groceries i got for the money spent. I'd shop there again!

Of the three H-E-B stores in our area, this one is the C between an F and an A.It isn’t a bad score, but it’s no better than the score I got on my biology final in 10th grade: a 72.If you want the real H-E-B experience, go to the store in Belton. It is cleaner, better provisioned, in a nice area, and staffed by more engaged employees.

This is an extremely hard review to do because I am extremely torn. You see I work for HEB and they were very good to me many years ago. HEB stood for quality cleanliness and good service but no longer. I would not advise anyone to buy meat from the HEB store on 31st Street. We have bought three things recently that were tainted by the time we were going to use them. Shrimp once and two steaks when I advised corporate and the meat manager they both just blew me off like it wasn't even important even though we had to go to the hospital and my boyfriend was sick for nearly a week. So a couple of days ago I went and bought meat got the time dated receipt and I used a meat thermometer the meat was 15° hotter than it should have been. The meat that had gotten a sick in the first place was cut on the 23rd and we were sick by the 25th. I did call USDA, and I tried to take the second stake back in which I could not get even my little bit of money back because I did not have the receipt with me. But this last time I took a picture of that meat thermometer and the time data receipt. They really can't argue with that. The HEB on Adams still has great meat. But if you have a meat manager that does not give a s*** about your health he should not be working for HEB he needs to go to work at a prison because he has the same mentality. If anyone else in this area is having the same problems would you please post this here so I can finally show the USDA what's going on there the meat is not being kept refrigerated properly. And HEB you owe us nearly $5,000 just in hospital bills alone.

For a Fourth of July week the store was pretty sparsely populated. I was able to get all of the sale items, no rain checks. Staff was friendly and helpful.
