“When my father passed away unexpectedly a few weeks ago, my mom knew that they had made arrangements somewhere previously, but did not know exactly which funeral home. So, I cold called businesses until I got to Hewett-Arney. Amanda told me there wasn't anything online but that she would check their paper records. I was relieved when she called me back and confirmed they had his pre-need paperwork. From that point forward, she and David were phenomenal in every aspect related to my dad's cremation and memorial service. There are plenty of money grubbing and selfish business owners out there in this industry, but this is not one of them. My family and I were treated with the utmost respect, we had continual updates (or non-updates, when applicable), and we were provided a wonderful venue to celebrate my dad's memory. They answered all our questions to the best of their ability and in a timely manner.It puts my heart at ease that my mom will have services here when the time comes, because they are professional and compassionate.
