The people on staff are friendly, and the service engineers are competent. But beware of the stealth upsell. They'll tell you about a pricey service they'll do in an offhand way as if it were a favor, and then charge you for it on the backend. By then it's too late to decline, they already did the work. Trust is hard to gain and easy to lose, and they lost mine. I'm probably not ever going back. Never say never, but right now... I'm not a happy customer. I said my piece, now I guess I'll move on. They got my money anyway.

Phil and team at Goodyear are the best people around. I can’t say enough good things about the team and their customer service. They are all around there for the customer and will take care of you. If they can’t do it they will recommend the best referral as well. Thank you Phil and team!

So, I ended up going here to get 4 new tires and an oil change. This was for my son’s car. Was quoted $375 out the door with a price match from Walmart. They said to leave it there and they would get it done. I ended up getting about 4 extra calls for different things to do extra work.. one call was that apparently I needed new lug nuts, because they were stripped out, well they weren’t stripped out 3 months ago, when we had work done at Brake Check.??
Then when my son picked up his car, they charged him $508…WHAT!! I was fuming 😡.
Called, and apparently the person (Ted) said oh, it must have taken off the discounts I listed…😡
REALLY!!
My son had to go back up there and get a refund, it took a long time and he told me that the guy didn’t know how to refund, so he had to call his boss… ‼️
I’m not impressed…‼️
STILL WAITING ON THE REFUND… it better be in the bank soon..
you sure can take it out quick enough, but you can’t give it back quickly. I have worked in Retail and I’m sorry that your people are not trained and are unprofessional, and likes to rip people off.. hoping they don’t notice ‼️ You ought to be ashamed of yourselves, trying to rip off, a man who has a disability.
Oh! And the extra list of more than 20 extra things totaling well over another $1000.
You have lost my future business 😡‼️
