absolutely love coming here! all of them care so much about their work and truly WANT to help you! recently got my car fixed for the dents from the hail storm and they fixed everything in a timely manner which i appreciate so much!! thank you guys, i won’t be taking my car anywhere else from now on!!

Do not take your vehicle here! Bubbles and small holes in my pint. They said they replaced my hood, but they didnt... horrible customer service. The manager lied and told me they were under new ownership so they wouldn't have to fix my vehicle properly. Got a lawyer and I have a very strong case, with lots of pre/ post pictures. IM SUING THESE PEOPLE for tripple the amount of the job with was over $11,000.

I came it with 2 scratches on my bumper panels to get repaired. I specifically showed them and asked for them to be repaired. They simply just painted over the scratches. You can still see the scratches clear as day, and there is a run on that side that looks like the paint is dripping down. The work looks horrible. It looks like the scratches are more noticeable now not less.

I cannot in good faith recommend anyone fix their car here. I got my car fixed here after a car accident after my dealership recommended them and I regret not going somewhere else. They called and told me my car was ready and I went to pick it up. Pickup involved me pointing to my car in the lot and a guy just bringing my keys. No ID or anything was asked of me which was concerning that anyone could have done that and taken a car. First thing I noticed they left my previous damaged side mirror in the car and there was broken pieces and glass from the inside that feel out into my car that I had to clean. Once I had my car I noticed things were not done properly. The first day using it a piece of my car where the key goes completely fell off. I got lucky it didn't happen in the road and I found the piece. The sealing in the car was not on properly. The owner right away said they fought to get me a new door although the insurance company wanted me to get an old one. This was random and made no sense to my issues or to estimate. The logo of my car also was not fixed and was still scratched and rough and they said "oh we are waiting for the part" but they told me it was done and my car was in the shop for almost a month. The last thing was that when I went to fold my mirror in it completely broke off. When I called the owner said "oh no your mirror doesn't fold in" I told him they should and they should not have replaced it with one that folded. I took it in and the owner said I broke it and would only fix it if I paid half (half being over $200). I did it and in the mean time while part came in the put 2-3 screws to keep broken mirror in. That was a big mistake because the new mirror just included the top and inside since the bottom was the same and they just patched up the holes where screw went through. When I still couldn't fold mirror he showed me to used 2 hands to do it slowly. While folding in the panel connected to the car moved like it's very loose and will eventually come off. I showed him that and how the other mirror on the other side is not like that and how I can fold it 1 handed. He acted like he saw no problem and said that's how it's supposed to be. I never went back to replace the logo as I DO NOT trust it wouldn't be put on correctly and wouldn't fly off. Mind you they never called to tell me the part came in anyways so I don't think they ever ordered it. Mind you the piece that covers the keyhole fells off constantly and I have to pop it back in. I'm so upset I didn't go somewhere else to get my car fixed.

Insurance claim, good work and the paint looks good from 20 feet. Even held my car for a week while I was out of town. Would use again.
