Christy/Kristie, I'm not sure if I spelled it right, but regardless, she was amazing and kind and sweet and helped me out a lot to get a mistake fixed promptly and efficiently. I only trust HEB for my medicines! Y'all are amazing!

They continue to get information incorrect and get wrong dates. They are rude to those who question the information that the pharmacy has given. Find another pharmacy that treats you with respect and gives correct information.

The staff is very helpful . If I call ahead they usually have my prescriptions ready soon as I get to the counter.. This is purely a courtesy by them and is greatly appreciated

My HEB pharmacy on W.Adams is always up and ready to help the community with getting meds we need and are very friendly and courteous. See it this way if the staff for some reason cannot give you your meds there is a reason behind that, there is protocol that needs to be met so don't get upset with the staff. Talk to your doctor's first !!!! Go get upset with them lol. So be nice people just chill God don't like ugly!!!

Got there on Saturday at 5:59pm they close at 6:00pm. I said I was there to pick one medicine. The lady said they were closed yet she was still waiting on one customer. I expressed the need for my medication but they refused to serve me.From a customer standpoint I understand they want to close up but the time they took to tell me to sleep in and come the following day they could I have picked up my medicine. So the pharmacy is generally good probably a 4star rating but to refuse service when your still open is not good when in the medical field.

No one ever answers phone calls in the pharmacy. Today my phone was at 52 minutes when I called a front of the store mgr. to get help. I was promised my med two nights ago and wasn't done when I went in at 6:15pm. I needed the med delivered today as I have been out for 3 days. This happens every time not just sometimes. The girl in the pharmacy was angry talking with me and said she is the only one in the pharmacy to answer phone calls. This is not acceptable.
