Came here once and didn’t get empty till almost 1pm but they told me it was because they were running behind. Decided to give it another shot and almost 10 am and still not at a door… guard shack told me they still haven’t called the 5am appts.. seems like running behind is a normal thing. Only good thing is they have on site overnight parking. Update.. almost 2pm and still not empty. Don’t plan on picking something up same day if you are dropping here.

Parked 1 pm for 5 am appt with reviews saying over night parking. I tried to check in then was told come after midnight.
So 3:25 am I checked in for my 5 am and guard said you can not park here over night. They don’t care if you park on shoulder , rest area , truck stop etc that part of day is for dry unload other for reefer unload.
4:52 am got text to go to north gate and when there they give you door check in and unload door.
They do not have signs for each building so drive around looking. 600 docks are way way back I have circled and truck stage area.
Like I said guard was rude about no over night parking and they don’t care if you even park on shoulder. This is so wrong in many cases saying this.
Once I back into dock they started unloading quick. Only 2 live unloads in this building
Got text 6 am when you get you are empty go to receiving office for paperwork they do not call and tell you

5.5 hours of waiting. Appt was for 7:30am, started offloading at 1pm, why they make appointments and don’t offload at given time ?! NOT really good facility👎🏻 the good thing is parking place for the trucks. Do not never ever come to this facility!!!!!

3/22/25 - appt at 0600. Arrived the night before at about 2000. Slept in the staging/OVERNIGHT area.
Walk to the guard shack to check in (RED 'X'). Sign and other reviews said to have your ID but they didn't ask for mine. Take it anyway just in case.
Check In process took maybe 5 mins. EASY. Wait in the truck for a text that says to drive to the NORTH GATE (BLUE 'X' IN PHOTO). By the time you pull up, you'll get another text with your door number and the door to take your BOL's (Door 422) they have more than 1.
Drop the BOL's and then head to your door.
I was on the door by 0540. Unloading started at 0550! Got the green light at 0652. BUT MAKE SURE THEY CALL YOU FIRST, BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DOOR!! They called me 2 minutes later.
Out by 0710.
Plenty of room to maneuver your trailer! I'll take this H-E-B over the one in San Antonio any day!

I would’ve gave the company five stars if the gentleman in the guard shack wasn’t trying to beat me mad when I told him there was no visible sign indicating that you must have your cell phone when you’re walking up to the guard shack because of that when I got to the window with my paperwork and my ID because most facilities do not allow you to have a cell phone on their property. I left my cell phone in my truck charging when I get to the window I’m told to go back to my truck(mind you it’s cold and very windy.) and go get my cell phone because there is a text that they will send your cell phone in order to check you in so if you’re a driver and you haven’t been to this facility before make sure that you go to the window with your cell phone Every company is different. I just want customer service at whatever time I come to your facility. It doesn’t matter if I get here at 3 o’clock in the morning 6 o’clock in the afternoon I want good customer service and if you don’t have good customer service find another job where you don’t have to deal with people, and I’ve only met like three Latinos at warehouses that were nice the rest of them act like they’re the CEOs. They’re just sitting in for the person at the guard shack and I’m so over it please stop.
