I just had to leave a raving review because I've already booked my return trip when I'm back for work! The front desk team, specifically Rylee, deserves all the recognition for going above and beyond my stay in town for business. The hotel itself has been undergoing renovations so it just smells and feels clean every step of the way. The bathroom in my room, specifically the shower could use some updates, but despite it being sold out each day during my stay it's quiet, the breakfast each day is plentiful, hot and fresh, and any time I'm in town I will make it an effort to book here every time! Hilton should be proud of the great people they have working here they truly care about their guests and hospitality!

Family reunion .. The staff Carlton was very friendly and courteous The housekeepers were very helpful as well.
The dining area was spacious and allowed for a continuous family gathering. .

Broke down at night in rain. Walked in without a reservation and they totally took care of us. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. They had a good spread for breakfast too

Stopped by just to use the restroom. Came inside where a group of female staff sounded to be talking bad about someone. I went to the restroom that is outdated and dirty. If this is how the restrooms look in the front lobby when guest 1st arrive, I can only image what the bathroom looks like in the rooms. Will more than likely never stay here. This hotel has been here for ages and needs a deep clean and renovation!!

I am in town for a family event booked for 1 night, room 216. Great location. Walking in the hotel is clean and smells fresh. So many greetings and offers for assistance, the staff make it known they want to be here. Came in to a clean, well designed room with a fantastic AC unit. In Texas this is a must. Utilized the gym, clean and well organized. Sanitizing wipes, towels and cold water provided. Breakfast was fresh, omelets, baked goods, waffle station and graze breakfast options available. Once again everyone was super friendly. Decided to extend my stay, went down to book another night, Tabitha is the absolute best, Hilton has a real gem on their hands here. She made everything so easy, got me and my kids taken care of so we can continue to enjoy family time. Could not ask for a better hotel choice.

Stayed in April of 2024. I left a set of diamond earrings on the bathroom counter when I was packing to leave. I know for a FACT exactly where I left them, as I was going to put them on before I left the room. I noticed two hours later after we left that I didn’t have them on. I quickly called the front desk. They said they would check and I had to call them back. I called back and they explained no one had seen them in housekeeping. YEAH RIGHT! I know I left them. But it’s my word against housekeeping. When I spoke with the manager, it was pretty much “ oh well” attitude.I would advise not letting ANYONE in to clean. Not trustworthy.Safety: Watch your valuables.

They should bring corporate in to study this Hampton Inn. This hotel should be the standard for this line of Hiltons. Most Hampton inns disappoint. This location is obviously still a 2 star, but it’s well run. Staff is kind. No bad smells, clean design, spacious rooms, good beds, things running smoothly. You get what you get at any Hampton inn, but everything is just slightly elevated at this location.

The hotel and staff at the Hampton Inn were incredible! We unexpectedly had to stay in town due to a family medical emergency and the ladies behind the front desk made our stay as seamless and as enjoyable as possible. Our 2 year old daughter fell in love with the Lambchop stuffed animal that the hotel has set up near the front desk, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to love on our daughter and got her her very own Lambchop stuffed animal. The ladies knew us by name and checked in with us whenever they saw us. We will absolutely be choosing this hotel if we ever need to stay in the area again! Thank you Dani, Sierra, Terri, Tylee, Ashlica, and Sonja!!
