It's not the best Harbor Freight I've been to. Not the friendliest customer service, and sometimes I think they aren't quit up to speed on what is part of the sale and what isn't. For instance, I purchased jacks, and I read the description and made sure they were the ones on sale. Got out to the car, looked at the receipt, and noticed I paid full price. I went back in to get the credit, and he argued that they were not the ones on sale. Rather than argue, I accepted his explanation and chalked it up to, I need to pay more attention. However, I went back the next day for something else and found out that I WAS correct, lol. No, I didn't make an ordeal and ask for my refund of overpayment. Sometimes, I feel like I should have,if for no other reason, than to prove my point. I felt that wasn't worth the effort, though.

DO NOT trade with this location if you're a farmer and want to be treated with respect you deserve. If you decide to go anyway, steer clear of Jordan and Carlos, the manager. Very, very rude!

POOR, POOR SERVICE! They DO NOT stand behind their promise. If you are purchasing an item of a large amount and do not want an exchange free hassle, don't get it here. If you want your husband disrespectedby the manager, Carlos is your man. He was SO rude!!!
