I bought a electric Rv jack paid $214 with extra warranty walk out 1-2 minutes later walked back in it seemed to expensive decided to return it. With out realizing the amount I received because the cashiers and the lady that was there were complaining I had just bought it, turned out they didn't give me the full amount only $171. The kept $38. Dollar but didn't not know it till I checked my wallet a few days later after I got out from the hospital. They had to have had and over amount at the end of that day but they said no so they are keeping my money stole my money. I'm a true Christian and I don't lie. Satan was is a lier I have nothing to do with him.

What more can you say about harbor freight... they usurping have whatever you're looking for at a very reasonable price. I recently got into welding and had lots of questions, and the staff was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me to get started with everything i needed. Even offering advice to help lessen the learning curve. Be sure to sign up online so you get notified of all the big sales in advance.

It's not what it use to be. It is a great place for onetime use tools or maybe a project you will do 2 or 3 times and the somewhat low cost is better than a rental. However to have a good quality tool you would have to buy the highest selling one they got and the return policy is not the best. You would be better buying the cheapest at a Lowe's or home Depot with a less hassle free return or exchange.. overall one time equipment and nacks are the only good thing.

The store is always wrecked when I go here. It's always extremely busy. The cashier's are either slow or there aren't enough to check out everyone and the line wraps around the store. This place needs better management.

Harbor Freight tools are fine and they are a good value. What they are not is an everyday tool. They are a very bad idea if what you expect is to use them all day every day for financial gain. They are not a contractors tool! If you're going to make money with your tools daily, stick to power tools like Milwaukee and automotive tools like snap-on and matco. Home use, Harbor Freight is okay mostly.

Well I'm gonna give it a 5 star. The cashier was very pleasant but..... The man stocking products was not. He seemed frustrated that I asked for help for what I wanted to purchase. Which was NOT on the floor anywhere but in the back. So it was ok I guess.
