Customer service here is amazing. Every time I come in, the staff are so attentive and sweet. I have always received a great vehicle and had a fantastic experience. Needed a bigger car for a quick move and it was painless and less expensive than I thought it would be to grab a car for a day. Wonderful experience.

Vehicle 2023 Tesla 3 was torn up which one would expect a vehicle with over 131000 miles. Although on the receipt they deducted 100,000 miles and only used 31000 miles. Multiple dings, dents and scratches with missing trim piece on the side mirror. Interior was extremely worn. No cover on the top of the steering wheel. There were gouges in the door interior. Vehicle was charged less than 50%. If you do nothing else, plan to charge your rental as soon as you leave if your travel plans are for any normal distance. If you imagine renting a used taxi, you will be prepared for your experience. Told me I could use the drop box to return the vehicle which I did and was still charged a $12 late fee. Do yourself a favor and rent for less from just about any other rental company and get a vehicle worth the rental fee. I’m not asking Hertz to do anything to correct this situation because I would rather leave a review that reflects the true experience they provided.

Another car rental company made a big mistake in our rental, so had to quickly find another option. So, called Hertz. They accommodated us, and the cost was much less. Will use them next time for sure.

This place is horrible. I was charged multiple times after I dropped the vehicle off. They tried to charge me for gas. I filled it up! They finally gave me my money back. Why are they still in business? Enterprise is a much better place to go.

The reliability of their car rental process is a 50/50 chance at best. The reason why I am rating them so high is because of the customer service rep Linda who worked at the temple location. Her work ethic is pretty amazing. She made a bad situation 100% better. It was nice to have a relatable human element back into such an automated service.

If I could give a 0, I would. What a waste of time. Made a reservation online for a rental I desperately needed, only to be told that they wouldn't have a vehicle for me until a full 24 hours later. Finally get a call the next day saying they have a vehicle for me, drive a full half hour out of my way only to be told that they 1) were STILL going to charge me for the full price I was quoted even though they didn't have a vehicle for me for the first 24 hours, 2) they also needed an extra $500 deposit that would be refunded when the vehicle was dropped off that no ever told me about, and 3) they don't take cash or debit cards, credit cards only. When I told them I only have store credit cards, and asked if there was something else that could be done, I was told there was nothing they could do and it was company policy. What am I supposed to do now? Call my daughter out of school for a week? Call out of work for a week and lose a paycheck? Thanks guys. What a scam.

Great rental experience. I believe her name was Linda, she was very helpful and kind. The car was clean! However, the location/building and sitting area could use some work.

Hertz in Temple went above and beyond to make up for the terrible treatment we received from Enterprise in temple where they stood us up for our pickup and kicked us out when we asked why they didn’t call or show up. Linda was so kind and efficient both times we had the pleasure of seeing her and Jacob was so pleasant and kind to give us a ride to our finished vehicle at E & E collision (highly recommend btw), definitely go to hertz over enterprise!!

Beware of hidden fees that will drain your bank account. They completely screwed my sister when she was in town visiting. Will be using Turo from now on.

Worst experience I have ever had Dillon with a car rental agency. It takes forever to talk to somebody and then they send you to five different people and you still don’t get your problem solved.
