My original complaint was found and fixed but done improperly. I took it back and I was extremely angry but he fixed it instantly.my reason for giving 5 stars was not because of the work but the honesty. Anyone could make a mistake, but they were the only ones that was truly honest about what was wrong with my car

Took my 2012 jeep for a caliper replacement and they where not able to take it out because of the rust..I went to Brake shop and got it done like in an hour.
They took my 155 just for that crap..Don't recommend this place

I’ve been a customer of HIX for several years now. They do great reliable work and warranty it for two years. They are honest and kind and do the job right the first time. I send my kids and my grandkids to Hix Auto, too. John, Tonya and Blake go the extra mile, even giving me a ride to pick up my car when it was ready. Their kind of service and dependability is rare these days. I highly recommend HIX Auto.

Took my car in for a rattling noise that I wanted to get checked and fixed. They fixed something but they did not fix that. Almost $500 later and I still have the same rattling noise and now my car hesitates to start. They are very nice but it was not what I expected based on the reviews.

John and his team treats you like a family. He is honest, direct and straightforward and did a very good job in fixing whatever issues and problems with my antique Jeep. Definitely will recommend for Jeep enthusiasts.
