You don't get a five because I had to hunt down and employees to get any kind of help for everything I was looking for. Employees were nice and helpful for the most part when I find them. But having to search and play hide and go seek when I'm shopping and need assistance really is a pain.

Called customer service before I went to this location to ask if the saw machine is working as I needed some lumber cut. Customer service says It's working, so I left home right away.. about 30 minutes later, the person at the lumber section told me that the saw machine is not working, and it was broken about an hour ago..Waisted my time for nothing..

They've moved ALL the big carts out to the parking lot. So if you're there to get lumber be sure to grab one on your way in or you'll be walking all the way back outside for a cart. It's a real pain in the azz if you're handicapped. Of course as all mega millions corporations do, they're running on a skeleton crew & you have to really search sometimes to find help. We waited for over 30 minutes to get someone to cut our lumber. Anyway, service has gone downhill here but I'm sure the CEO is just as rich.

I had really great customer service in the paint department with these two ladies, Natasha and Lori, extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, I would hope that Home Depot will give them the recognition they deserve, employees like these ladies, will always have customers coming back for what they need to get the job done right, thank you so much for the great customer satisfaction.

I went to get three different set of keys made here. They guy copied each key wrong, I took them back and they did the same thing again.
I ended up just taking my keys elsewhere for the copies
