Came to Belton from Austin for business. Wound up needing some touch up paint for a installation I was working on. Went to this Home Depot for a color match for paint, every other Home Depot I have been to has been able to get the paint close or spot on. Not this place it was not even close and then the guy behind the counter was very rude while telling me Paint Hass to dry of course And then it would be the same color he said his exact words. So I waited for a piece to dry and showed him he got even more rude and tried to ignore me and made me wait fover 15 min without saying anything to me he finally walked over where I was standing in line I told him I would like this redone then he said he can’t help me because this is the best they could get it and you could not get any better match I’ve included a picture The small piece of metal on the left is dry never coming here again

I waited 30 minutes after asking the pickup counter to get some assistance to pick up a rack and put it on my cart. zero assistance I had enough time to place an online order so they can have it ready for me on a cart. I am glad I wasted my time at the store when. I can look down a row and see 5 people standing around talking to each other. I never expected customer service at Home Depot this is just another awesome reminder of how they need to work on remembering who keeps their store open.

Anita in appliances was absolutely amazing from before we even came into the store, we called and was transferred to her and she answered all our questions, once we arrived to the store she was very welcoming and made sure we was completely satisfied with our purchase.

They don't accept Apple Pay. But the staff are more helpful than the Temple Lowe's and were a bit easier to find when I needed help.

The Temple Home Depot is the WORST when it comes to customer service. There are plenty of orange aproned/orange polo-shirted people wandering around, but none of them ever asks if you need help. When you do manage to pin someone down at the customer service desk, they definitely don't want to help ... then they tell you it will be 20 minutes or more. We are building a fence around our entire backyard and have spent plenty of money here. It is so frustrating to deal with businesses today. Customers are such a bother to their daily routines. Stocking shelves, taking breaks, and looking busy are priority number one. Big box retailers have ruined the customer experience.

Bought two Exide truck batteries at the Temple location. 40 month free replacement guarantee right on the battery. They failed at 30 months. Took them back and was rudely chastised by the customer service rep who told me HD did not guarantee anything that long. She did everything in her power to get me to walk away. Some would have, but not me. Initially told me they did not handle the product any more, but eventually relented by telling me to go back and get new batteries. I did and she said she was doing me a big favor... against company policy...just to meet the obligations of the warranty. Good lord, woman. Just do your job and quit bullying Home Depot customers. Their business pays your wages.

They are extremely understaffed! I was walking around for almost 20 minutes looking for salt for my water softener system and for a team member to ASK where I could find it and the first person I found had no clue where it was but items of telling me "I am unsure. Let me find someone else that might know" he sent me down the wrong aisle. I could tell when he answered that he was unsure but I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt. Wish he would've just said he did not know. Took me another 10 minutes before I found someone that knew where it was (very front of store).

This review is for the Temple location. We have lived here about 7 months now. We have always been dedicated Lowe's shoppers as HD did not offer military discounts. The Lowe's in Weatherford, TX where we used to frequent was awesome. After moving to a house down here and needing incidentals for repairs- we quickly found that HD here has superior service and comparable pricing. The staff is much more knowledgeable and friendly compared to the competitor. We now go much farther out of our way to shop here for our home improvement needs. And also- they now offer a military discount.

Management? Hmm, one would wonder if they have any at all in this location. Some departments of the store have great customer service and some knowledge of products. Then there are some that lack severely. What happened to the days when big box stores did there stocking and inventory at nighttime. I know, I know. You're there to make money not to keep a customer happy.

My mom visited today with a large board to get the paint matched. Robert went over and above to match it, recommended paint brushes, took care to give her the paint match information. She was so impressed with everything he did! Thanks Robert!

Bought a washer and dryer three weeks ago both were delivered two weeks ago but the dryer was defective and the pedestal didn't come with it as ordered. I was called at 6:30 AM this morning he stated they want to make the delivery and I said delivery of what the pedestal not the dryer.. I told them that they could deliver both at the same time. Just got off the phone with Home Depot and was told it would be at least another week before the dryer time, I wonder if it was ordered today rather than two weeks ago when the defective dryer was delivered. And working with the sales people and the delivery people I would state that all of them are very friendly and very nice but in the end you don't get the product that you ordered so now I have to wait another week before they can tell me what the statuses not when it will be delivered but the status. If this is how appliances are to be bought and delivered in this New Age then I would have to say the process sucks. Shame on them.

Lately I have been able to find hardware that has been unavailable at Lowe's. During my last 3 visits, the personnel have gone out of their way to help me find things that I needed, even though they may not make business sense (less than $2 items). It seemed they realized how important they were for me, unlike staff at Lowes who mostly appear tired and reluctant to help. This is great salesmanship.

Purchased a new home in belton a year ago, wanted to change my door. Used the home services at home depot, the Mill works dept did a great job helping me in setting up the door insert for my entryway. We used the company Zabitat. Shannon was great setting up my appointment, very informative and friendly. Jesse did an amazing job with the install! He was in and out in under an hour. We used our original door and had the insert ordered. It was less than ordering a new door with a decorative glass in it. My husband and I are 100% satisfied with this service from beginning to end!
