Amazing accountants in H&R Block, my experience was amazing. No stress at all from the moment I created my appointment online, to the moment I left, I felt welcome. Evangelina was very knowledgeable and explain to me step by step my pros and cons. She understood my situation and was very patience with me, since I wasn't prepared with the right documents. My fee for their service was half of what other charge.
Overall, I am extremely satisfy, to the point where I'll be returning next year.

Would give 0 (zero) stars if I could. Had Lupita Monier file our 2022 taxes and because she shrugged off some things, we are having to redo them to get our 2023 taxes done correctly.This office has the front person that doesn’t care and gave attitudes, especially when I would let her physically hold my phone showing our appointment, etc.I warn everyone, don’t waste your time even entering this establishment because you will have more aggravation than its worth.

Do not do your taxes with this person. Lupita MonierMy taxes from last year had many errors and I had to pay for it.She asked if everything was correct and apparently they did not realize this. great care.

Set up an appointment to file a tax form on a Monday. Show up to the office and am told I would have to come back a week later because she couldn’t do it at the time. She filed the taxes. Gave the wrong address for the it’s office . But thankfully the postal clerk fixed that bit. 6 weeks later I get a letter from the irs that I was missing information. She left it blank . Now I have to wait an additional 2 months and my app was denied from a lack of information. Filing next year and will definitely not use h@r block. Bonus points the receptionist was completely rude for this location
