I wanted to share my recent experience with H&R Block for tax preparation. I worked with Cheryl Shiplett in Temple TX, and she was fantastic. Her knowledge and understanding of taxes are top-notch, and she made the whole process a breeze. Cheryl Shipley, from the Temple TX location off of 31st St. was very kind, patient and thorough. She paid special attention to our business and personal taxes to detail which gave us the most return and pice of mind for the 2nd year in a row. I will return next year to use her service's. Made an appointment. It was confimed through email and text. I was on pulling into the parking lot when they called me 7 mins before my scheduled time to let me know that they couldnt help me at this location, that my appointment was at a whole other location. How are you just gna change someone's location with no notice like that? Shitty customer service. Shitty attitude from the lady at the desk! Dont go to this location they suck!! Very inconvenient for my time, my drive, my job, all of the above!! Never had this kind of issue at any other location.
