We have been coming to this groomers for almost 2 years! never had a bad experience. they love on our golden doodle and our husky like their own and we have always been impressed every time we get them back!! would Highly recommend

Always a great job done when we go! We love I Shih-Tzu Knot and the Penrod Flock!! Any negative reviews here need to be taken with a grain of salt. We’ve never had an issue and they always do what is best for the animal.

We’ve been bringing our three mini Aussies here for grooming and deshedding for the past year, and every visit has been fantastic. They always come home looking beautiful and clearly feeling great. Even our typically reactive pups do incredibly well here, which speaks volumes about the care and environment. Highly recommend!

Amazing job!! The owners are wonderful people! We have a military macaw and they were so good with him. He is a drama queen and he screams when his talons are trimmed normally and here he was just so calm and happy and after he was done he got to hang out on one of their perches and he was treated like royalty with snacks! We also got to look around at all their other animals in there and fell in love with their two cats!! I recommended them to my mom who gets her dogs groomed regularly and I am excited to have found a place that our Macaw likes as much as we do!!

I would just like to say the customer service of this place is highly unprofessional. And if they treat people the way they do imagine the way they would treat your pet. . . I would suggest finding elsewhere and doing your research before placing your pet and the hands of this facility.. 🥴 do better .

On top of using I Shih Tzu knot’s grooming and bathing services for my personal dogs, I also refer many clients over to them. They have always done excellent work and are fully transparent on pricing and any other issues that may occur while the dog was in their care. I have always had 100% confidence in their skills and care for my pets. Best groomers in Bell County!

Not only did my dog come back clean and cute from her visit with an adorable new bandana, but she had spent the day playing with other dogs and came home happy. My dog generally has horrible anxiety and these groomers made it a very low stress experience for her. My schedule is also really hard to accommodate and they made it so easy for me to pick up and drop off. This groomer is very affordable and they do a great job. I will be back.

Every time I come here they are so patient and wonderful!!! The salon is always clean and the stylists are always so kind and professional but also down to earth. Dogs are always so comfortable here ?

Visiting family I looked up this place and thought I would get a good place to go to because the reviews were good. The people had to be blind. I thought the place was very dirty - I would not leave my dog at a place that they can not even sweep right away, how's hard is that. And apparently they have all the customers they need because no one greets you, no hello- how are you- wow what a beautiful animal....I mean anything would do. You want people to know what they are doing and to be knowledgeable ...especially when you drop your baby off.I believe when you call someone a liar you do not look like the best of people. I live in SA and do many reviews. Not all are 5 stars so if you can not learn by your reviews and try and make it out like this is fake you do what you need to. I have no friends that own a business in your city so if you do not want to improve or want my business more power to you. People can change by listening. I have a restaurant here that I gave a one star but instead of pretending it was not them because they are the best and do not make mistakes they posted that I give them another try. It took a couple weeks but guess what they did not know who I was but I changed my review, if I could have given them seven stars I would and I go at least twice a month. But you seem to think you are perfect and oh know she must know someone here so you do not have to worry about me stepping into your store again, but if you look I do a lot of reviews. Everyone please look. So please don't lie and make it out like I know you or anyone else there in that city. I have one family member there and he is too old to work and does not own a shop of any sort

I took my Mimi Australian Shepherd to get groomed and was supposed to just get a trim and she shaved her.I would not recommend her to no one and I will never go back.
