The staff was friendly and helpful. My sweet old-timer "Hugo-Bear," has a seizure disorder and has been refused grooming because of it. I'm so glad we found "I Shih Tzu Knot," and they were wonderful with him. We're definitely going back!

I moved to Tx in 2020 and struggled to find a groomer for my pup, Aubrey. The owners did such an amazing job with her and took great care with her. Wonderful communication and overall a great experience! We will be back and continue service for the forseeble future❤️

Our dog was a rescue and is skittish when it comes to grooming and nail clipping from past trauma but he always loves coming here and feels comfortable getting the works, playing with other dogs and letting them take care of him. Thank you for the continuous care. I recommend anyone looking for long time groomer to give them a try

We LOVE this groomer! We had a bad experience at another groomer that left my dogs terrified. Cheri and Devron are so patient and kind they really take the best care with the dogs. My dogs love going to see them and are always so happy and calm when I pick them up. They are the only groomer I trust now and we are never going anywhere else.

I haven't used them for grooming because I don't have an animal, but they are just phenomenal people. Their shop is amazing, so many fun animals, they are so kind and down-to-earth. I would imagine they're the same way with their business practices. I am thankful I met them as they lended a helping hand.

I love everything about this groomer! But most of all is that my dog loves coming here. As soon as we hit the parking he wants to jump out the car and go have his spa day. Thank you for providing such a safe and welcoming environment for my furbaby!!!!

Came in here thinking the reviews looked great and was recommended through a family friend. I was told that the price of the haircut was going to be $55, but when I picked him up they said the total was $73. I was very shocked to find that the price was not what I had originally thought. Come to find out, they charged an additional $15 for special care handling. I was not told that this was an additional fee. When I asked them to trim more of his leg hair, they said that because he was an older, small 8 pound Yorkie, and did try to bite (which I don't understand why they didn't use a muzzle), that if he did it again he would not be welcome back. The whole time the owner was speaking to me, she didn't even give me the time of day to look at me. I found that to be very disrespectful and poor treatment to customers. Well safe to say I won't be coming back because having to spend $70 on a dog groom and not even have it completely finished is pretty ridiculous to me.

Cheri and Devron are awesome!! I drive 40 minutes to have my dogs taken care of by the best. Totally worth the drive if you live out of town and they are very accommodating to your schedule (within reason of course). I wish I could give 10 stars but I guess 5 will do!!

I am furious about the experience I had at this place. We usually take our dogs to Mobi Dog, but they were fully booked until the end of June. Therefore, we decided to try this alternative groomer. Initially, things seemed promising. I loved that they didn't put the dogs to kennels and allowed them to interact with other dogs. Our appointment was scheduled at 12:00pm. They called around 4:30 to let us know that they were almost ready. We were starting to get concerned because it was taking a while, but we thought it was normal because it was Lola's first time at the groomers. We paid and tipped them and went home. Upon arriving home, we noticed that Lola's left eyeball was bloody. We rushed to the Animal Hospital, while simultaneously reaching out to the groomers for an explanation. Initially, they denied any knowledge of what might have happened. However, minutes later, the groomer who handled Lola's grooming called back and mentioned that Lola hit her head while she was blow-drying her, and she stated that they didn't notice anything unusual. I cannot imagine the force required to cause the blood vessels in Lola's eyeball to burst. The next day I noticed that her Right eyeball was also turning red. We immediately started medication on that eyeball as well. Today 05/23/2023 I noticed a waxy yellow discharge on her left ear. I immediately took her to the vet and told them what was going on and that I was concerned about her other eyeball, and they confirmed that both eyeballs were affected and that she must have hit her head very hard for that to happen. And that probably she also got an infection because of the clippers. How is possible that my dog gets hurt while under their care, and they don't even communicate that she hit her head, that we must keep an eye on her, apologize, do something, not just stay quiet and wait and see if we call or something happen. We have spent over 350 between the Animal hospital, medicine, and the visit to the vet. We were hoping that they would at least call again the next day and follow up, show that they care, but we didn't receive anything. We understand that accidents happen, but they failed us by not notifying us of the accident, they failed us by not showing interest in Lola's well-being. I only hope that nothing happens to my Lola, that she recovers soon and that there are no worse consequences.hey lost our business, and my only advice to them is to communicate to the client anything that happens while they have our babies under their care. It doesn't matter if it's something minor, we have a right to know when things like that happen so we can at least keep an eye on them in case something does happen as a consequence.Don't wait until you get a call from your customer on their way to the animal hospital wondering if something happened to then tell them "what happened was".

My dog and cat love getting groomed here. They are so patient with me and my animals. My dog is my service dog and the owners are the only ones she has ever let groom her. I totally recommend it.

RAZOR BURN: According to my conversation with my(and their preferred vet) my 3.5 lb dog had razor burns (2 spots).($90 later) Vet gave me Silver Sulfadiazine cream for the open sore and Oatmeal Shampoo for southing the razor burns. They (she, the owner)denied that they did anything wrong and it was a reaction to the products they used to groom her. I don't believe you get an open sore from a product reaction. I called them again after talking to the vet again and he reiterated it was razor burn not an allergy. She said she talked to vet tec and they said allergy!! Not their problem for "allergies" Then said DO NOT CALL US AGAIN!!!Would NEVER take my animals there !!

We have been taking our 6 dogs, German Shepherd, 2 Standard Poodles, 2 Shih-tzu mixes, and aChorkie, to I Shih-tzu Knot for almost a year. They always go a beautiful job on our dogs and the dogs get excited to go. Definitely recommend the shop to everyone.

I love how much they care about my fur babies! To watch Cheri groom a dog is like watching art. The dog looks done by a few more snips, and then you see personality! Her paint for dogs is safe, and the art on pets is incredible! I bet there is nothing she can't do! My fur baby is a whiney needful thing, and I know he's in the very best care when I do him off. Wonderful people, too! It's nice to know they are so community minded and help out in so many ways. I like supporting people like those who care about the community. Well worth it!
