“This James Avery store in Temple was able to fix the mess the store in Harper Heights caused. I purchased three new charmes in Harker Heights. One unsoldered charm fell off. The loop on the charms were closed but not soldered I took it in to the Temple store and spoke to the manager Jennifer. She inspected the bracelet, cleaned it and soldered all the charms and replaced the clasp.
Save yourself the headache use the store in Temple.”
“I had my earlobes done. It was very quick and very easy. Just breath in and out through your nose and it will be quick and easy. It doesn’t hurt that bad at all. The lady was very nice and quick at piercing. I would recommend it is very sterile. If your looking to get your ear pierced you should get it here.”

“El and Asma were incredibly helpful when I needed help with my watch. When I asked about mobility options, he suggested I park near the Cotton Patch cafe entrance. There were stairs I could use with my canes and a wide ramp for a walker or wheelchair. Their store was clean and set up well. I told him what I needed and he quoted me an excellent price...while I could not get my watch cleaned today, I am sure I will be coming back when I need additional help. Would 100 percent recommend this business.”

I bought my wedding ring for inspection, I was over 2 months due (forgot) Debra assured me she would inspect my ring and get me back on track with inspections every 6 months. She also updated my account information to include my last name change and correct email.
She also said I’ll receive a reminder when my next inspection is due.
