I have been using Johnnie’s Cleaners for my whole life, and they never disappoint! I most recently took my work uniform to be altered to accommodate my growing baby bump, and they altered it seamlessly and quickly. I won’t trust another dry cleaners!

I needed to get a pair overalls altered they were to big. So I looked up places nearby and found Johnnie’s. I read a couple reviews that were from bad experiences and so I was pretty hesitant. Ended up coming and trying it out and it was very great service! No adjusted payments like one review had stated. Fit properly and how I had asked. Took a week due to other orders. I came back to get the straps adjusted alittle more within 2 hrs they told me I can come and pick them back up. I absolutely will be coming back for alterations in the future. Plus they returned it both times hung up and in a protective plastic! With 0 extra charge.

If you don't care about how you're treated, this might be the place for you. If you like friendly interactions, then definitely steer clear! The people working were so, so, so incredibly rude! Before I even walked through the door, the woman's face working at the front desk just screamed that she was irritated. After going in the back to try on a dress for alterations, a man came from the back area and his demeanor also came across as pissed off. I tried to explain what I was looking for and he stepped away to ask another woman working there what i wanted. When he came back over and would ask a question, he would then look to my husband to answer instead of me. All his questions were clipped and all responses were very short. For a customer based business, not a single person I interacted with had an ounce of customer service.

Excellent customer service. My mom has been going here for years, so I thought I would try them out. I took a dress there to get alterations done.And to get it dry cleaned. I'm waiting on my dress once I get it.I will post pictures of the alterations.

I took 2 sport coats here to be altered and dry cleaned. The staff was not friendly, some might even say rude. They seemed inconvenienced that i wanted alterations but they still did it. They got them done in a week which is pretty good. When I picked up, The Jackets were clean and fit right… I was pleased. So they do good work, if the staff was friendlier I would have given 5 stars.

My experience was unfavorable. Poor craftsmanship, with average customer service.
My girlfriend and I both dropped items for alterations. She needed a work dress hemmed, and I dropped five pairs of shorts for resizing.
The hem on her skirt came out after two washes. I tried on three of the pairs of shorts, all of which were still too big ( I left the other two untouched with plans to return them for an adjustment).
We're assuming some responsibility as customers. We could have been more proactive on returning the items for readjusting. However, I stand by my opening statement.

Healthcare workers-I would not do business here. Alteration prices were not communicated at the time of drop off and I had to pay 60 dollars to alter my white coat. Manager was defensive about pricing afterwards. It felt overpriced for simple alterations on a cheap lab coat

I could not thank this business anymore than I have!!! I needed SUPER last minute alrerstions (I’m talking a 2 day turn around) for a flower girl dress and they were able to do just that, quick with quality as well. Very professional, very friendly, amazing service. I definitely found my new go-to place for cleaning and tailoring!!

Great place to get your clothes done. Johnny's cleaners does it all, alterations change zippers. Friendly polite helpful. Because I can't walk too well, they're always willing to help me by taking my clothes to my car. Johnny's cleaners thank you for everything you do I'll give you 10 Stars instead of 5 you guys really earn it
