Absolutely terrible, she nicked me multiple times and I told her the drill was too hot. Still left product on my nails. It’s extremely unsanitary, there’s bugs and she never cleaned the equipment. Went straight into another client once I got up. Zero stars if I could.

Absolutely horrible job done I got my nails done last week and all my friends said I got scammed the lady didn’t listen when I told her I wasn’t satisfied and i was overcharged!! I will not be recommending this spot to anybody living & I mean that !!

very bad experience.. twice now! also over charges for sloppy work, repeatedly had to redo my nails because they completely kept ignoring what i asked for. then made me pay full price even when i constantly told them i did not like my nails. very big & bulky & i asked for sharp square. plus this was a fill in :)

If I could give 0 stars that’s exactly what it would be! I went there today and the lady who did my nails & toes was TERRIBLE!! My nails are all uneven and she missed part of the nails for dip powder, and when I said something about it the lady just shrugged and kept going. Then she told me my color was ugly and went to go pick one out herself and I wanted the color I chose!! I told the front desk about it and he didn’t say anything to me except here’s your total! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Pedicure massage was great! However, she cannot polish. Looks as though a 2 year old polished my toenails. My acrylic fill was great, however, the woman that did my nails was not very nice. She said, her name was Kim. I don't think that was her name. She seemed reluctant to do my nails and was very short, irritated and agitated. Anything I asked if she could do, she would say, no. She also stated she couldn't match the color from the previous acrylic. Which she did have. I felt uncomfortable and from my perspective, she was trying to discourage me from getting my nails done at this place of business. I will not be returning. Moving from Austin, in comparison, Temple businesses need to work on their customer service.

I honestly had to wait a while to be seated because they didn't have a lot of employees. Then while the Lady did a full set on me, she wasn't very talkative. The nails she did were expected because it's a regular salon and they don't perform as well as an in-home-based nail tech. The nails were thin but they lasted me about two weeks. The Lady I had filed too much into my skin so it cut into my finger. My bfs mom said another lady was rough with her as well. The vibe was just not something I'm used to.

I had was going out of town and I was needing special designs and they didn’t think it was possible for it. But they pulled it off! I sat down and got one of the best treatments I’ve had in a long time. It’s so hard to find a nail tech that actually listens to you now but the nail tech that did my nails was so detailed into shape, designed, sticker placement and he did free style hand work. He even got an in grown nail out which other salons didn’t which caused my finger to get really really infected. 10/10 recommend ?

I went to try this place for my birthday and immediately was put off. I had to eventually walk out. I show up for my 4:30 appt at 4:19 to be told "good I was about to call you and see where you are"...I was seated quickly and waited patiently for someone to be available to do my pedicure. I wanted gel nails with matching regular polish toe nails. The lady finally comes over and goes back and forth with me about getting gel on my toes and I continue to kindly decline. She then began AGGRESSIVELY trimming my cuticles and maneuvering my feet. She cut my toe which made me jump and say ow. She never said sorry, looked up nor slowed down. She continues on and I ask her to trim my toenails, she replies "I did" . I ask her to trim a little more to which she uses the cuticle cutters to do so. I ask for them to still be shorter and she says "they are". I explain that I wear tennis shoes every day and like them to be shorter. She then proceeds to cut them completely off. I then ask to leave. I am writing this because they were cut so so short my feet are still sore. Please do not go here.

The best pedicure I’ve gotten since moving to Temple three years ago! Everyone at this business is so kind to the clients, and the service was just amazing, I can’t recommend it enough!
