The people at Lowe’s are very knowledgeable about when it comes to doing certain projects. They always have an answer for any question you may have. They also go the extra mile to help you with whatever project you’re working on. Jeremy is very knowledgeable at his job and was able to help get us great deal on some appliances that we were purchasing for our new home. I would definitely recommend Lowe’s to anyone else.

The workers at this Lowes are very friendly and helpful. Every time we go there to look or even do the kids' workshop, the worker or workers are so engaged with the kiddos and make you feel welcomed. Keep up the good work!

DONT USE CURBSIDE!!! They do NOT prioritize small orders, and they do not give you a time to pick up. They don’t care about anything other than and the people over the phone can’t do anything. I waited for hours for my order, and when I drove all the way into temple for my order, it wasn’t ready. If you want to get curbside hardware, GO TO HOME DEPOT!!!!

Helpful associates. Free delivery and haul off of older appliances.
The delivery drivers are quick to work and have you up and running.

They destroyed my floor and refused to complete the job. A Lowe's contractor came to the house, took measurements, and sold us on the product and service. Weeks later, the installers came, tore up the old floor, and then refused to finish the job. Further, they left all of their materials in the middle of the house. Now, Lowe's is refusing to fix their problem or give a refund and will not take back their materials. So we are left out of the installation and materials cost, plus our floor is destroyed, and debris left all over the house. Never use Lowe's for any service or product, instead, go to Home Depot where actual professionals work.

I have bought a lot stuff from Lowe’s. I spent an hour trying to speak to a human being at the store that is in Temple but only got to speak to a person that’s a phone bank. Very disappointed

I had great service customer from Lisa, and McClain in hardware, extremely helpful and always have the answers to my questions and helping me find the right item that works best, also props to Lisa for helping me in plumbing until Stewart arrived, would also like to give Stewart recognition as well as George in plumbing, these employees are top of the line, very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, they will always have customers returning for all their needs, I really hope Lowe's will give these employees the recognition they truly deserve, thank you all so much.

I come here 3 -4 times a day seems customer service is getting real bad lately never any carts and the employees tell the customer that we have to go outside and get them why dose Lowe’s not have employees that bring in carts ? Also the lumber department has got out of hand employees act like I am in there way when it’s 9:00am and they are trying to unload trucks in the front which is a safety issue should not be unloaded in the front during business hrs should be unloaded in the back this department needs more customers service training ASAP
The only reason I am giving a 5star is miss kathy in tools went out of her way and brought me a cart from outside I told her few times she did not have to due to the rain I could go get one and she blew me a way with her 1st class customer service maybe she could train lumber how customer service works
Keep up the great work Kathy I really appreciate you today you went above and beyond to make sure I had a cart and you even wipe it down from the rain
