If I could give no stars I would. The most unprofessional, unfriendly staff I’ve patronized. Always a condescending tone or disrespect. Please don’t treat your customers like children. Please think twice before you patronize this shade tree business. I suggest a more professional and establishment business.

We have used this store several times. We used the notary service more than once. We have dropped off packages to mail. It's convenient and usually no line. Staff is friendly. Plenty of parking.

Today was my first experience with M&D Business Services and I highly recommend them! As the owners of two businesses, we often find ourselves in need of printing, graphics, and shipping. M&D made the shipping process easy, when the local FedEx On-site (Kegley Road) refused to help. M&D understands ease of doing business and customer service! They have just become my go-to for getting things done!

The people here are so nice and helpful. I was needing bulletins for a funeral and they were able to help me out in a big way. I brought them what I was needing and they were able to help make the bulletin look very nice and they printed them out that day. The people here took the time to make sure I got what was needed.
