If you buy a car from here Iâm sure that is fine, but once you get to the service department I would not trust them. I bought a brand new car from them Thursday and the low tire light was on, and asked them to look at it before I bought it. They told me they looked at it and took care of it. I was told if the light comes back on bring it back in. I brought it back in because the tire kept going flat and told me in need a new tire because there was a nail in the same tire that was low before i bought it. They wanted to charge me for a new tire even though I explained what was going on. They tried to tell me that I picked up the nail after I left the dealer, but itâs crazy I got a nail in the same tire that was already having problems!

UPDATE: After driving the car for 4 days the cars check engine light came on and engine power decreased significantly. We called Mak Haik to get something figured out since we had warranty and were referred to Don Ringler Chevrolet. Our vehicle has been over there since 8-5-24, it is currently 8-27-24. We have been calling Don Ringler for some kind of update and all they say is âthey havenât gotten to itâ or âthey were going to try to look at it next weekâ or even âwe canât get to you right now can we give you a call back?â And never receive a call back. We have been without a car for almost a month with no updates and no communication. I know itâs not Mak Haiks service department causing this, but the vehicle should not have had such a huge mechanical issue after 4 days.
Joe Lopez was AMAZING our whole experience here was absolutely perfect. The process was smooth and he walked us through everything. I highly recommend this dealership and Joe. I will definitely be referring this place to everyone in need of a great car shopping experience.

I just want to say that Jaron and Jessica from finance took well care of me! they worked with me and my numbers to try to get me to where i felt comfortable with! They both did a really good job!

Mark Ellis is very honest salesman if it to early for a trade he will be straight up with you.but will still try to get you the best deal.and jessica in finance will take her work home with her to work on getting you approved. My payments this time was going to be little high but for her to take thr time to get me approved after hours. Shows me that when it time to trade in my jeep. When I get my payments lowered. I know who to turned to .Mark and jessica. Thank you. And jason scott always comes by and shakes his customers hands.

I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS dealership AT ALL!!! I have NEVER had a positive experience at this dealership. We arrived today and there was 1 person ahead of us and he had already been checked in. We waited at least 15 minutes without any acknowledgement. I was inside and my husband was with the truck. I watched the reps check email, talk to each and just sit at times. A guy came from the back and asked if I had been helped. I said no and that is we a rep finaly went to check my husband in.

I had such a great experience from the moment I called and asked to speak to someone in sales. Jeremiah answered the phone. I told him I was interested in the new Jeep Grand Cherokee and plan on trading my car. I told him I live in Waco so I wanted to work out everything in advance before driving to Temple. He texted me his number as soon as I got off the phone and started requesting details of my trade in. He was consistent and professional with communication since speaking to him in the beginning of the week. Once my trade in was figured out I put in an app and that's when I also started speaking to Chris in finance. I was back and forth between the 2 about working out the best deal. They didn't miss a beat and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of like some dealerships do with a woman which is why I didn't want to go to my local Dodge/Jeep dealership. Everything was lined up by Saturday for me to take that drive to finish the deal. Once I got there, everything was as promised! Chris and Jessica in finance are the sweetest. This dealership has more options and aren't over pricing their vehicles like others locally are. I highly recommend going here for your next vehicle whether it's new or used. I also highly recommend asking for Jeremiah. The entire staff was friendly and inviting while I was there so I'm sure they're all great but Jeremiah was definitely great!

Stopped here briefly on the way out of town and Heather was able to quickly give us the info we needed on a vehicle we were looking at. Stopped by back on the way home and with Heather's help bought our son his first car! Heather made the whole process easy and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I wish I could give them zero stars.
First of all, they wasted my time. I drove all the way from Austin, and Josh said the car had been put on hold after a test drive, which means he lied. His manager lied as well. Both of them played games with me. It was a scam. Be careful of Josh and his sales manager. I wish I could talk to someone who cares about this place.
Attention: The car has hill damage, and don't send any reports. I have a video of Josh talking about the hill damage.

Bought the new Jeep Compass and it is a great car. I have enjoyed driving it. Brandon was great to work with and provided all the details I wanted in a car. He also stays in touch about any future needs with the car.
