Beware. My husband had his work truck in their sevice department. In a matter of 24 hours, almost everything in his cab was stolen. I mean everything down to the pictures of his family. After repeatedly calling and speaking to various people at the company nothing got solved. They were defensive and shady about the entire situation. Promised to review the 29 cameras they have to see who did it and then promised to call me with the answers. Nothing. Completely ignored us and did not care what so ever that his personal belongings were ravaged through and stolen while in their care and possession. Completely ghosted us. Just a heads up if you use this company for service, better clean out your car Completely because they will in deed take what they want or allow someone else access to it. What a shame.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give a zero I would. Kept my vehicle 4 days to diagnose an repair then drove my vehicle excessively over those 4 days. Then had the audacity to call me a liar when I called them out on their fraud. Avoid this place like the plague. On a previous visit I had an oil change and filter change and was told on this visit that the work I had paid for was never done and I was again lying. They do not know anything about customer service.

Zero stars if I could. VERY VERY dishonest.I sent in an email about a truck. A sales person Josh W contacted me and all went well. We talked about the truck he sent a short video (no evidence of hail damage) and we negotiate a price online.I asked to have a final price prior to coming in as I was over an hour away in the Austin area. Josh understood this. My wife and I drove all the way to temple and when we see the truck it has major hail damage (not a few spots hundreds of hail spots)Nothing in the truck description online mentioned hail damage and Josh never mentioned this.When Josh came out I was upset and he acted like he had no idea it had hail damage like it had just hailed 5 minutes before.I told Josh I was not buying the truck and he went in to talk to his manager. They estimated $2000 to $2500 to fix it and then Offered to take $1000 off the price or they would fix it if I purchased the truck first.The manager Chris came out and told me they did not control when it hails and when I agreed he did not but they could be honest with the clients, he disagreed it was dishonest not to mention the hail damage online or on the phone.Either way, I will never purchase from here and neither should anyone else.If you see a blue f150 online it has hail damage and many other vehicles probably do also.Be very careful with this place.

This was hands down the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I had the pleasure of working with, Joe Lopez. All I have to say is great things about him. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, helping, and made sure I had his complete attention. I met a few of the other team members and they were all the same way. If you’re looking to buy a car I highly suggest Mac Haik. Keep up the hard work

My husband just got back from a rotation so we’re currently looking to buy an additional car after looking for weeks I fell in love with a car but was given the option to buy on the spot without seeing it so I left the dealership told it would be on hold for me and it should be in within the day. After trying to be consistent with updates and having to call a million times to check on the status of the car Chance made it seem like my business wasn’t appreciated. He placed a vehicle on hold because It was on its way back from the auction, he agreed to call and inform me within an hour to see if it would be in and I had to call nearly 6 hours later to see if it was back (it wasn’t). Then I called today to see the status if it’s arrival to be told it sold… he handled the situation really poorly and completely unapologetic and made it seem as if I told him I didn’t want it anymore.

Had my Jeep towed here after the alternator unexpectedly went out. They gladly accepted it, smoothly worked with my extended car warranty policy even though they weren’t initially familiar with the company, and were able to get the work done sooner than expected.Also had them fix my back door / liftgate which required parts to be ordered and bringing the car in at a later date. Parts also came in very quickly and work was done efficiently. Service advisor Dom Cavazos was friendly, understanding and a good communicator. Thanks again!

I’d love to give Mac Haik 5 stars but my last experience dropped them down. I took my grand Cherokee in to get the headlights fixed. Unfortunately the bulbs are very expensive and difficult to replace yourself. After being wired over $1100 for two bulbs (WHAT?!) I went to an auto parts store and got the exact same ones for $260. Labor was only $40 so I had the dealer install them for me. The whole process was very quick and I went to an inspection station.Unfortunately one of the bulbs was obviously installed incorrectly once you looked at so I had to return to the dealership. You’d expect them to rush me in to fix their error but instead I spent an additional 90 minutes waiting until it was fixed. All told I started my day there at 8:15am and didn’t finish until 1:45pm. It was a waste of a day and I’m just glad I saved $800 by getting the bulbs elsewhere.

Update.Chris from finance had intervened at the end of this experience trying to help. By the time that had happened I was just ready to leave. The check engine light came on again so I called and asked for him to see if he truly meant it and I didn't know what else to do. He meet me at the service department for my truck right in. Listened to my concerns. We worked up a possible alternative of trading for another vehicle. I drove that one for 3 days while mine was being fixed. I was hesitant about the alternative and had been back and forth on what to do. He was extremely patient and understanding and said there was no rush. He recommended driving my truck since it had been fixed and see how it does. Unfortunately the engine light came on again took it back and did a trade yesterday. I was still concerned about the one I had test driven and looked to see if there was anything else on the site that might have came in and the new trucks had a price drop. There was a brand new basic model that had everything I was looking for as far as engine and towing capabilities. I made the trade. I did lose some money on the original truck do to tax title fees ect. But he really worked hard to minimize my lose. I'm know in a vehicle I am feeling very comfortable with and satisfied. Chris in Finance gets a 5 star rating but I can't rate the whole dealership that way. There is staff that cares. He went way above and beyond for me.When using this dealership read the reviews pick the salesman you want based on those reviews and ask for that person. 1 person can really make a difference on the whole experience. He could have rushed me on deciding before I was ready but he was patient and really listen to what I wanted and needed and I was able to get into a vehicle I am comfortable and now confident in.I will never shop here again. I made the worst decision on purchasing a vehicle from here. Check engine light was on when going to purchase the vehicle. I was lied to about what the cause was and felt pressured to purchase the vehicle when I had already said I wanted to look at something else. Less than a week after purchasing check engine light was right back on. Spent hours being passed from one person to another. Even though they did correct the problem. I don't believe it is fixed. There 100 something point inspection is a complete joke. It's a way for them to put band aid fixes on and not for costumers piece of mind.Vehicle had not been detailed prior to purchase had to sit and wait after I had already been there for hours doing paperwork. Only a half a tank of gas in it when purchased.Had a nail in the tire prior to purchase I was smart enough to see that and have 2 new tires as part of the purchase agreement. Had to call back up 3 times to get an answer of when tires came in and could be placed on the truck. Sales did not notify service so I had to wait 3 hours to have tires put on.When I had to take it up for the check engine light I had my own diagnostic done and even with that in hand showing multiple issues that needed addressed they said they where only getting one code. Codes do not clear themselves. I was told truck was ready to talk to service manager when I get there to pick up truck I had to wait over 30 mins finally he calls me in the office and is clueless as to why I'm waiting for him. Completely waist of time. I try to leave and can't get the keys to my truck. It's gone to have gas put in it. This is 3 hours after I told it was ready for pick up. So I can't even leave.

The online scheduling for service makes scheduling very simple and direct. There is usually someone to help get you checked in and take your car soon after you arrive. I do wish there was an option for a loaner car while the work is being done. If it’s more than an hour to wait, that’s a lot of time for busy parents to give up sitting at the dealership. But other than that, I have always found this dealership to he courteous and prompt and helpful when taking my car in for servicing.

We came from a great dealership in Abilene to here. They are very disorganized and over worked. I went in for a scheduled appointment and had to wait forever to be greeted by the specified service rep. The service agent didn’t know anything and asked me what the appointment was for?!?? What!?!!!! Seriously, having access to what and when he should have known. After my vehicle stayed for an hour he called me that my vehicle was ready and when I arrived he didn’t give me any information on anything. He just gave me my keys and sent me off. I’m one unhappy customer not a good service department.

They're customer Service is excellent. We had never bought a vehicle through Mac Haik, I'm am so glad we did. When we have a question with vehicle operation they are always quick to help answer any questions we may have, we are so happy with the vehicle we picked, it has handled beautifully. Again are very pleased with this dealership.

Service Manager Michael was excellent on his communication and paying attention to my vehicle. He knew my situation and being without a vehicle and was very quick to get it looked at and communicated price and fixes as quick as any other SM I’ve ever gone through. Enjoyed the service at Mac Haik and I’ll continue to buy my vehicles here because of the customer service alone.

The staff here are pretty friendly. I've really never had an issue with them, and they are very knowledgeable. I have had personal interaction for my vehicle with Juan and Chris is the lube and mechanism department and with Billy in detailing, and they were really great. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I don't personally know the other departments, but they're very personable, as everyone says hello and infers assistance.

Very unhappy with this service department! Took our perfectly running 2017 Ram in on Tuesday to be checked, due to finding some oil in the air filter. My husband, being a mechanic himself, requested a specific thing be done rather than waste money on diagnostics. In process of starting requested work, the technician broke the aluminum cover, an $800 item. Service writer explained “got some bad news, we broke your cover & a replacement is gonna cost YOU about $800”. My husband asked why should he pay, when he isn’t the one who broke it. Wanted to speak to the service manager & was never allowed to, all week. Then service writer Michael quickly says that it was over torqued by someone. Then today when we finally get to go & pick up the truck, he changes the story & says the cover was actually already cracked/broken, probably when it was worked on by the Dodge dealer in Madisonville in 2021!! We said How so, when there have been no leaks on the ground anywhere, & it has always run great. ?? Of course they have no proof of it being previously broken. We both find it odd & suspicious that the service writer Michael took the time to look back through the repair history, looking to find someone else to blame for something we feel strongly that they did themselves at this dealership. My husband requested to speak with the service manager several times, but no deal; he would not call back, was always gone or too busy. We feel we’ve been treated very unfairly & will not recommend you to anyone. Even the female receptionist who answered phone calls was bordering on rude. The lack of communication from this service department about the whole fiasco is shocking as well. Our local Chevy dealer who services my Chevy pickup has never treated us this way, & it’s a 2014, purchased new at a different dealer.

This place is an absolute joke! Took my truck in for warranty work. Ended up getting some preventative maintenance done . My service advisor was Michael. I was quoted a price and have that in writing. Come time for payment and the price increased by several hundred dollars for absolutely no reason. I paid it so I could get my truck back. I spoke with the service manager Adam and he said the amount paid was incorrect, he would adjust the invoice on Monday and call me back when a refund check was ready . It's been almost TWO MONTHS , I have now called over ten times , left voicemails, sent text messages and have had ZERO response back from Adam . Spoke with another manager Todd who promised me he was going to go make Adam call me back within 10-15 minutes and to stay near my phone. Welp , over a week since and still no contact from anyone . This place is an embarrassment to dealerships and will screw you over. Bought three vehicles from here but I guess the days of customer loyalty are long gone. Stay away from here and save yourself the headache and stress of dealing with crooks!
