I had a picture frame made, the manager Hailey, I found her to be very condescending, not customer friendly at all. And maybe she’s not like that with all customers, but was like that with me. I am of African American descent. I feel she could use a class in human relations. The frame was fine. She is not a good representative of this business.

I'm very disappointed. I was supposed to pick up balloons when they opened, but they failed to fill them. Written on the order to be ready at 9am.

The ladies working that helped me were fantastic and had great customer service. Very professional,friendly and helpful. I couldn’t get access to my app to get the coupon I wanted so the cashier scanned her for me and reminded me to add onto the app that I am military for future quick access and discounts. Glad I went out of my way to come to this Michael’s. Had every item I needed and more

Little checker greeted me when I entered. Assisted me when I needed help. When checking out.......she did so at the register smiling. I AM NOT a fan of self check. What are doing to people who need jobs and your clientele who enjoy the personal touch of live body

Bought a large canvas yesterday, went to open/unwrap the plastic cover seal this morning, there was a tear in the canvas material- had even gone through the protective paper cover.
I spent $80 on a canvas just for it to come damaged by poor employee handling/stocking
Luckily I know how to repair canvas tears but I will no longer be buying canvases from here nor utilizing my rewards…hobby lobby is 10x cheaper

We received very pleasant assistance from an associate in finding some missing t shirt sizes for a tie-dye project. After checking out, one of the cashiers was extra pleasant with some conversation and wishing us a merry Christmas. All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience.
