Signing up with My Garage was easy enough. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer dealing face-to-face. But wasn’t a bad experience by any stretch of the imagination.

Easy completing application on line and paying rent. Couldn't find how to go back and review,print documents. Called to get gate code and visited with Dylan who was a big help. Really made you feel welcome.

Had to do everything thru internet and was assigned a unit. When I got there the unit already has a lock on it so I’m not able to store anything. Of course the business is not manned on Sat or Sun so I’m paying for days for somebody else to store their stuff. NOT happy!!!!!!!

I have stored my items 9 yrs, for the longest I wanted a security gate. Finally got one, only thing I don't like about it is, having to use a code to get out, OR the fact you can't come and go 24/7. Also not having someone in the office is a bummer as well. The rodent issue seems to have calmed down. Just please keep up with the poison. Other than the fact I probably could own 4 sheds by now, lol. I gotta find a place.

Very disappointed. I had won thru an auction 2 units at the Killeen location and 2 at the 31st St.location. I had called Killeen # several times and left message with no call back. Drove the 40 min to Killeen and nobody there. Tried # listed for temple and it goes to a fax machine. So drive to temple. The office is behind a gate with a code. Kept calling both # and nothing. These are to be cleaned out in a 72 hr time frame. So I called # for other temple location. Don't know her name but she was helpful and finally managed get hold of manager in Temple and I went in and paid. I had spoke with him about most of that first day wasted and that was my husband only day off so might be longer than 72 hrs. So that Tues and Wednesday got 3 cleaned out.Then it was a severe storm that next day. So I called him in Killeen on Thursday to see where he was going to be Friday so when I went to Killeen to finish last unit I could get my deposit back then so I didn't have to make another trip. He said he would be in Temple for security camera service but he would finish day in Killeen. I got there at 445 and my husband there at 515. Nobody was there. The gate was unlocked for a car that was broke down inside of gate waiting for tow truck. I finished last unit at 9. It was swept and even put kitty litter on big oil spill in it. So I haven't called about my cleaning deposit for several reasons but mainly wasn't able drive Killeen to pick it up. Not did I receive a call about getting it. So there was another auction that ended this morning in Temple so I called to see when he be there for me to go get it and he says I don't get it back. Said my invoice says that I have to pick up deposit in a stated time frame and I found my invoice and it doesn't say that. Told me he would call back and didn't. I will find out wat my next steps are in pursuing this.
