Called to see if they had venison and the gentleman said that he would put some aside since it was a long drive for me. The store was clean and even saw a staff member cleaning the water drain for one of the fridges.

Well I wanted to pay a visit to this store today. Decided to read the reviews and noticed that the owner or manager is only responding to reviews that are good. Just so you know customers give good and bad feedback so that you have a line of communication with them and can correct any mishaps. Don't be afraid to respond to your customers that are voicing concern about something. That's not the proper way to facilitate the reviews and it looks like you're avoiding taking responsibility. I think I might wait to visit the store until management can get it together. Moldy Ginger.. for over a month on the shelf.. and you've been told multiple times. And then you see the review and don't have a single response for them. Not even a... We noticed this issue and apologize it has been corrected. Nothing. Probably why it's been there for over a month. Don't be afraid to respond to your customers and correct issues. If you think people won't notice that you are deflecting by avoiding taking action, we are. Other than that the store looked beautiful in all the photos. don't be a cherry picker in responding to your customers on your reviews though. It's not a good look.

The store is nice, they have a wide variety of organic items.
***My only problem is that the ginger has been moldy for months now. I have voiced this concern to the sales people and still they haven’t replaced the ginger. All of it is covered with mold! It’s concerning because isn’t someone suppose to be inspecting this stuff before they put it on the shelves? Hopefully it gets replaced soon.

Terrible service. Stockers just wondered off after asking them a question. I wish I had a job I could do this poorly and still be employed. Most of the multivitamin/multiminerals they sell are made with poorly (if at all) absorbed mineral oxides (you don't absorb covalentely bonded metallic atoms, the bond energy is too high). Guess they needed more space on the shelves for snake oil products that are guaranteed to not actually support ones health.

I went there to do shopping thru instacart I was going to do shopping for someone when I got there it was cash only because that pin pad that you pay with a card I couldn't use my instacart card so I lost money on that order

During my visit, I was shopping only for fresh basil. I had trouble finding it, so a store employee helped me find it. I went through the quick check and was back in my car within 10 minutes.

Joseph was a big help! The store has everything you need if you are gluten free, vegan, organic, and a healthy eater. They also have a wide selection of vitamins. Don't forget to ask about their military discount when checking out. Also the store is very clean and organized. Highly recommend.
