Overcharging my girlfriend for oil change and transmission fluid and now something is hanging down from the bottom of her vehicle. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t give half a star if possible

I send all my fleet vehicles to this location. They are fast, affordable, and get my trucks back on the road without having to sit them down to be serviced. This business has been in business for over 40 years, with one owner, which tells you they know what they are doing. Other shops in town you don't even know who you are dealing with, with this shop, The Oil Exchange, you know exactly who you are dealing with. They also have very hard to find parts, so if you have an older car, rest assured they will have your filter. Good Job guys!

Extremely fair and patient people that work on your car. As a single mom, I can only do the oil change but they still always take there time on my vehicle and the employees only tell me if something is necessary such as when my Radiator needed to be flushed. I came back after I received my tax return and they did the job extremely efficiently.

Reasonably priced and you can tell they care about your vehicle from adding air to your tires and checking all your fluids. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Very unprofessional. Extremely rude and never holds accountability. Over charges price and when you specify for “full synthetic” you will get something totally different. He will yell and call you names. Do NOT go to this place unless you want to pay $140 for 5 quarts of regular non synthetic oil and name calling.

This place is crooked ,I went there for an oil change ,they were checking everything except the oil. I had to get out of my car and confront them, this man was telling me about a $197 oil change.long story short. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THAT PLACE... if they were the last place in temple!

Sometimes I wish it were possible to leave zero stars because that’s what this place deserves. If you’re a fan of waiting MUCH longer than anticipated for service, for being lied to by the staff, or for some of the hands down worst customer service you’ve ever experienced than I guess this place is for you. Otherwise I recommend going literally anywhere else.

Congratulations to this oil change shop for achieving the impossible - making waiting in line feel like a root canal without anesthesia. Their ‘express service’ is like watching paint dry, but with more frustration and less entertainment. If you enjoy wasting time and money while being ignored by staff who couldn’t care less, this place is a must-avoid destination on your list of regrets.
