I had my first surgery yesterday. All the staff were amazing! They were very attentive and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable and the facility is very clean. The level of care I experienced was very uplifting and appreciated. They really do take care of their veterans. I feel very fortunate.

The NICEST and most kind Emergency Room staff I have ever encountered at a VA Hospital. When I say they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and show sincere compassion, I mean it! Restoring my hope in the VA healthcare system. ❣️

Overall, it's really good.
Whenever I do have a problem, I go to patient advocacy, and they handle the problem immediately.
