Had our 6 month old Persian kitten groomed here yesterday. They said he was ready for pick up, but he was given back to us wet. We paid almost $100 for him to get a bath. No trimming or cutting and he wasn’t even dry. Definitely don’t recommend and won’t be back.

A little to expensive, and probably understaffed. Workers are nice, but always doing something else, so there are times that you have to wait like 5 minutes to get someone to the register. Besides that, a good place.

My dog was shedding real bad so I took her to petsmart to get bathed. They false advertise that the furminator treatment will eliminate shedding by 90%. When you get there for the service they claim it’s like 60% but only if you do the treatment every 6 weeks. Well thats one thing. The other problem is I doubt it will work at all if dog isn't even bathed. When I left I observed them putting my dog in a kennel. Now I really wonder now if I paid over $70 for her to just sit in a kennel for 3 hours. She didn’t look or smell to me like she was bathed at all. And she is still shedding everywhere! Will not be returning and would love a refund!

It was okay but bath and brush at other Petsmarts have been much better. My dogs did not look or feel like previous groomings at other Petsmarts. Two of my 3 dogs had goop on the eyes and none of them smelled like they had just been bathed and dried. Very disappointed.

Totally poor customer service I asked to get my dogs nails clipped they wanted proof of his shots he was wearing his dog tags they wanted paper work very rude employees didn't seem to care or hear anything from us we will never step foot in that place again!!!!!
