I was told one thing upon booking my pod, which was my deciding factor in booking. Turns out the representative didn’t check permits even after saying he did. Ended up being a nightmare for me and PODS did nothing to help, nor responded to me anymore. Now I’m going through an attorney and the BBB. Would not recommend nor would ever use

The pod service was a wonderful choice. James Whitfield was a gentleman who delivered my pod and picked it up. He was a delight to work with, very professional. He got the job done. I hope that Pods has more employees just like James.

Jacob was awesome! He dropped off my Pod right on time! I wasn’t actually ready when he called, but he had a back up plan that worked perfectly.
I would definitely use Pods again!

Jacob was absolutely amazing! His customer service, kindness and humor was a breath of fresh air during a challenging move. We had some previous hiccups with the pickup and the driver wasn’t helpful or friendly, but Jacob explained the process of how things would go, made sure he took his time to make sure everything was good in the pod. I really appreciate his kindness! Thank you Jacob!!!

PODS has great services. Their staff took care of everything from the start to finish. In particular, I would like to thank Joe S. at the corporate relocation center, Don at the Nordwood center, Jacob and James in the central TX center. Everyone paid attention to details. Jacob found a particular spot for me so I can handle the boxes easier. I am very satisfied with their services. Definitely recommend!

Arrived with full pods on time careful of trees and waterlines. Very considerate.
When picking up the empty pods, Cecil T. did an outstanding job. The manager came as well and was very polite and knowledgeable.

First time using PODS & we loved it!! The drivers were awesome!! Worked perfectly for what we needed with selling a home & moving to a new one, with days in between. Would use again in a heartbeat.
