Came in the Quest clinic and the Kiosk is broken no way to check in. Had to wait on tech to come out to check in. She was very nice and got me checked in and out in less than 20min.

They are the only business in the building that keeps flooding. Second time they've cancelled an appt on me at the last minute. Never going back there again.

I’ve made multiple appointments here where I show up for the appointment, and the office is just … closed? No notice, no explanation, no cancellation of appointment - I even received multiple confirmations and a check in link the day of.
The staff has been nice when I’ve been there, but I feel like if they’re unable to open, they should at least provide notice.

Made an appointment this morning at 9am at the location with their kiosk. It was CONFIRMED for 11:20am. I returned for my appointment and they had no information and told me I had to wait another 3 hours until 2:20pm! I responded that it was bullshit to expect someone to adjust their entire day just because of their unwillingness to be reasonable. The woman who works here told me I had to leave because that language can’t be used. What? I didn’t assault anyone verbally. I started a legitimate opinion. I was refused service because the lady was clearly a leftist, racist. I’ll have my attorney deal with them! Good luck, Quest!

The phlebotomist who helped me was friendly and patient. I came unprepared and didn’t have my insurance information with me, but she gave me time to find the necessary information so I could be seen.

I normally do not complain about Quest. For the first time, I met with one staff member who was rude and unfriendly. She was very unprofessional. On the same day, I went to another lab across the street and received a better service.
