Donald is a pretty cool guy. The place isn't all the bells and whistles of a brand new storage facility by any means but I'm storing a boat! It has walls, light, electricity, and it's protected for a lot less. Added bonus is that it's right by the lake. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Been storing my boats here for three years. The area is well kept and constantly monitored by cameras and on site attendants. The price is fair for what you get and the location is ideal, being minutes from the boat ramp at Temple Lake Park.
