I went in to get a bedroom set and the man helping me was awesome. So friendly and helpful. The weekly payment is low but I plan to pay more to pay it off sooner. Great customer service.

I went into review bed sets and a couch due to us moving we are current customers. The current manager on duty needed to bring her children with her to work being that it's Saturday I understand that being a mom myself although if my children are there I would be sure that they are away from the showroom or in an area that would be more appropriate than laying in the beds that I was there to review. I was told by that manager and the account manager as well as the store manager that there's nothing else that she could have done The children were eating and drinking in the beds that they're about to rent and the rest of the showroom is a complete mess. Mind you this is equipment that they actually sell off of the four to you to go home with

Did an online order received confirmation of delivery for today. Never had a phone call or text message of any issues other that statement order was confirmed. Store kept my deposit and finally called store to speak with a very rude manager and “puppet” of an employee. Stay away from this store

They litter your front porch when you're not home. Got in trouble from landlord for that! Thanks!!Cassie is sooo unprofessional and rude. There was no need for that. I never want to see her face again! Didn't even care they littered up my front porch!

It seems disrespectful to the customer to make card payments when you are not enrolled in automatic payments, they take the audacity to do it for you, that's why it makes me angry that they do that. I spent a lot of time telling them to go pick up the items and what they did. They waited and waited to see if I changed my mind to get money from my card. Absolute disappointment. I don't recommend it.
