I highly recommend this shop and so glad a previous coworker told me about them after some bad experiences elsewhere. Bill is very patient and understanding, he got the work done on my vehicle same day as he knew I can't be without my vehicle for work. He does great work and so glad I found and awesome mechanic!

I took my car to him and he had answers quickly. He is honest and won't try to get as much money as he can, out of you like most places I have experienced. I will not take my car anywhere else.

Bill is a great guy. He is one of the most honest autorepair man I know. We took my wife's car into Automax in Killeen and they said she needed about 3k of things fixed. We took it to RLM and he looked it over and we only ended up paying $150 for the service he did. Great guy and honest.

Bill was very fast, knowledgeable, and gave a fair price! I felt more educated and empowered after each conversation with no pressure to complete any work or do anything extra. He even pointed out to me some benefits in my insurance that I was unaware of (free towing)! RLM is the only place I'll be taking my vehicle!!!
