This company said they “fixed” our vehicle but once we found problems underneath they didn’t fix they denied to make it right. Do not trust them!

There are so many issues that I'm not sure what to begin with. My wife dropped off her vehicle on July 30 to have hail damage repaired with an estimated pick-up date around the end of August or the beginning of September. (I'm very well aware of the amount of vehicles damaged during the tornado and hail. So I know that parts can be difficult to receive promptly.) With that said, we were very Respectful and reasonable to the multiple changes in time frames for pickup dates. We went to pick up her vehicle on the 18th of September. I was limited to overlooking the vehicle because I needed to get to work. The manager Bradley Beck was the person who brought the vehicle out to us and briefly pointed out things they repaired/replaced and made a point to leave a good review as it affects how he gets recognition and pay increases. He added that if we didn't add multiple changes to receiving our vehicle. I headed to work and my wife went home. An hour or so later, I started receiving pictures from my wife of various parts of the vehicle, both interior and exterior issues. Moldings not installed correctly, weather stripping on the windshield, doors & door windows, and the roof. The roof liner had multiple areas with grease/dirt stains and paint scratches on the inside of the door closure and aluminum exterior moldings. She had already contacted Brad and he told her we could bring the car back and they would correct the issues. When we dropped the car off, we pointed out the issues. He had multiple reasons & excuses as to why there were these issues but assured us they would be corrected. When the vehicle was ready for pickup, I went into the office for the keys, walking outside, Brad apologized and told me he understood why my wife was particular about her vehicle. Are you expecting your vehicle to be fixed to the condition before the severe weather damage seems to be particular? (Her car was 6 months old when the tornado hit Temple, so there was no prior damage to the vehicle. The damage to the paint couldn't be fixed due to the workload on the painter so between our work schedule we were unable to drop the vehicle off that next Thursday. We were told it was ready about 30 minutes before they closed, I checked out the car and some issues were fixed but some weren't, including touch-up paint on the interior driver-side back door frame. I was pissed and so tired of dealing with Brad and Rock Collison that I just wanted the keys. When Brad brought me the keys he wanted to shake my hand but I told him I didn't want to shake his hand. So he tossed the keys at me and walked back to his office like I hurt his feelings or like he was doing us a favor by taking our car back to fix their mistakes.
Needless to say, I was surprised that they would run their shop like this seeing they are a recommended shop by USAA. Being located right down the street from the VA they treat Veterans like this.
There is no way I will ever recommend Rock Collison to anyone... Terrible experience, and very unprofessional, honesty & loyalty were very absent. Attached photos.

The service advisors were kind and informative. I wish there had been a bit more communication in the beginning, but they kept me well informed once initial repairs were underway and throughout the process of being completed. I returned to the shop as there were spots on my car left from a smaller buffer from the paint less dent repair and they took care of it immediately by buffing out with their large buffer. I was impressed by their kindness and willingness to take care of it immediately, especially due to how busy they are with the high demand for repairs after the storm. I appreciate Brad’s customer service, along with his teammates focus on customer satisfaction. I will bring my vehicle back here for future needs, as I know they will take care of my car and make sure everything is done right.

This experience is based on the result of recent storms around the middle of May. My vehicle sustained hail damage from the storm, and Rock Collision is where I ultimately decided to have repairs completed. I don’t recall the name of the woman running the front desk. But I would like to compliment her on how courteous and polite she was in the course of doing business with customers. As I am sure, the recent storms have brought an exceedingly amount of business to places like Rock Collision. As a customer, I am well aware of how stressful and overwhelmed businesses and customers alike feel during this type of situation. Insurance claims are never fun and disrupt every day life. I also want to complement the advisor that was assigned to my claim at Rock Collision. His name is Brad. Awesome awesome Customer Service. Very polite and courteous and above all respectful, although it took a while to get an initial appointment for repairs and then there was a time to allow repairs to be made, I feel 100% they were moving as efficient As they possibly could and we’re trying to get people their vehicles back as soon as humanly possible. I for one appreciate everyone’s efforts at Rock Collision even the people I didn’t see and are in the background making repairs. thank you all and thank you for treating your customers right
