My experience usually at this Ross is average, the cashiers are usually polite, helpful and bag up my purchases well.
Though the black purple hair cashier was rude, and when I pointed out the alert tag, she was bothered. As a customer I was way more polite than she was to me. If she is going to do this job, she better get an attitude adjustment, and take a etiquette class.

I found a really nice Kate Spade purse. That was honestly surprising for the reason I give this place to stars is because the cashier was rude for no reason. Now you shouldn’t be rude to any of your customers, but let’s be honest. This is a Ross. This is not a luxury brand store where they could point their nose up at you. The cashier didn’t say anything to me when I Politely asked her to take down a purse that I intended on purchasing. She didn’t even hand me my receipt, and she essentially pushed my bag towards my chest to where I had to grab it. I can understand you having a bad day, but you do not take it out on customers. If your life is that bad then change it. The cashier struck me as a person who is finally coming to the realization that life doesn’t end after high school. Now she’s miserable stuck at a 9 to 5 with no direction in life.

Long lines, disorganized, changes often, high volume store. Could use more employees.

The cashier line continues to be the main issue in this store. Never more than 1 to 2 cashier and people have to wait for 30 minutes to check out even during non holiday season. Also like all Ross stores in Texas usually is a messy and could use a good cleaning.

Stood there under the return and exchanges sign for like 5 min just to have the other lady tell me it's all one line.. The lady at the register looks at me at least 3 time while I was standing there with a bag and a receipt in hand.. like thanks for the heads up while I'm just standing there

Great place to find good deals on lots of different items but clothes and shoes in abundance. Also home goods pets,,toy, and more.

There is no punctuality when it comes to opening the store . open late from 5:00 to 10:00 minutes late and there are people waiting and it is very annoying And especially in this Christmas season where one wants to do their shopping from early and there is a lot of crowds of people 😣

We came in near closing time. This ross closes earlier than other Ross stores during the holiday season. This is the first time we have been in to a Ross during the holiday season and it looks like a windstorm went through. There was only one register open. The associates on the floor were engaged in a conversation between themselves and didn't acknowledge or care about the customers in the area. They didn't even move for customers to get through. It doesn't matter which Ross you visit haven't figured out why they can't have a store that the air conditioner works to keep the store cool. This particular store has a door near the lady's beauty section that puts off a high-pitched sound on a constant basis. It is hard to shop in this section for long. Customer Service for us is important, we know you can do better!
We love to come in a for the treasure hunt.
