Excellent service!These guys are awesomeOur truck was derating due to emissions issues. Our driver went it and they immediately took care of his equipment, he was out in a timely manner. I just wish our local Ryder location was this good!

Whenever our moving trucks are in for repair, this is the place to rent a box truck. The best customer service around. The trucks are new and they are full size 26'. Easy to work with. They have the best mileage rates of all rental companies. Sandy in Waco and Jesse in Temple, our new best friends!

I rented a truck with these guys the other day. And there was a malfunction with my liftgate but turns out it was no big deal because Jessie came to my location and figure out the problem. Then he went above and beyond to make sure that I completed the task that I had to do before he left. Just say he lent a helping hand is an understatement I really appreciate the hard work these guys put in at Ryder to make sure their customers are satisfied.

Scheer Corp needed a delivery truck while ours was in the shop. A call was placed at 3pm and we had the truck in 30 minutes. Sandy helped us and was amazing. We felt like she was part of our team, trying to help us any way she could. Ryder Truck Rental is our "go to" place from now on if we need a delivery truck.

I would like for everyone to know that all the people at the Waco office Saundra has been Awesome. She has done a great job meeting all my needs to help with my business. Jessie and Don at the Temple location where I pick up and return as always been quick and professional. I have never had a issue with Ryder. If you are needing to rent a truck I strongly recommend using Ryder.
