Due to the fact they use a company called EviCore to authorize test ordered by THEIR doctors makes me want to scream. If they don’t trust their doctors then why bother to see them. Baylor Scott and White I am so disappointed in you!!! You get what you give in the end!!!

I got a Tetanus shot on 4/27 during my Medicare Wellness Check. BSW is billing me directly and the shot is covered by Medicare Part D. I called your 800 number and they said they could not bill my part D plan. My part D plan is thru Wellcare Value Script. I Don't understand why you cannot bill the Part D Insurance Company

These people do not care about the well being of there clients! I suggest getting insurance elsewhere! They are rude and are really quick to take your money but deny clients refunds when they are in the wrong!!!!! We have been members since 2024 and they terminated our insurance for no reason at all!!!!
