Well came here trying to figure out what a bill was and glad to find out this is what it was. With that being said, i have used it a few times and worked great. One issue where they didn't pay and the doc office said I owed them. I had them resubmit it and it went through just fine. So far so good!

If you want bad doctors (except a very few) and extremely bad customer relations department, or if you think you might get good care then sign up you will be happy.

Baylor Scott & White is like the McDonalds of health insurance, actually I shouldn't insult McDonalds. Bought them through the marketplace and when I tried to cancel, it took them months after several phone calls they claimed they never received. Unprofessional and uneducated.
