Don't try to drop your vehicle 15 minutes before closing. They close earlier than they are supposed to. They think closing at 7 means they drive home at 7 not business hours ending at that time.

I made a reservation for a pickup a few days before I needed it. I was about 30 minutes late picking it up. The gentleman that helped me at the counter was quick and efficient. When I went to leave I noticed a lock on the hitch pin. When I went back inside another gentleman asked almost immediately if he could help me. and I told him about the lock. He came right out and removed it for me. I wish I would have gotten his name. He was very nice, personable and had a lot of knowledge about vehicles. Thank you all for the painless rental.

I rented a utility trailer on 2 separate days but somehow got charged for 3 days. TJ went out of his way to get my credit card refunded. Outstanding customer service, well done guys. Thank you!

Everything went smoothly. I was able to check in with my phone and get going within 15-20 minutes. I didn't need the trailer for a full 24 hours so I returned it after hours and using the mobile app made it simple.

Horrible customer service- rude employees. Employees simply ignore you when you are waiting on a reservation. They also provide trailers that are not inspected or serviceable: picked up a trailer with tires that had screws sticking out. This business also forces everyone to wear a face diaper, disregarding the state wide mandate of removing the mask requirement. I'll stick with another business in the future as this is my second visit in 2 years and their business practice has not changed, but only gotten worse.

I made the reservation online. On puck up, my husband wanted a can instead of the truck. We purchased a commercial sized freezer down in Round Rock. The van ended up costing less. It was very comfy with plenty of pockets, cup holders, good a/c, clean. We did the check over, van had full tank and in 15 minutes we were gone. The can drove easily, was easy on gas, roomy on loading. We picked up at 11am and had the van until 6 pm. My hubby and I very efficient. We had the van back by 3 pm. The owner is an African American woman, comfortable in a male dominated feel, great customer service, no problem explaining all the ins and outs. We retuned the vehicle to the drive up return. Easy check in, price for van,100+ miles $103. Total cost for giant freezer plus van rental $278!! That's a win!!!!

This was by far the best experience at a uhaul I have ever had. The people here are very knowledgeable of the policies. Wanda sat and explained every single thing I needed to know about the truck and rules and stuff like that I needed to know. If you ever come here to rent equipment ask for Wanda. Also the whole staff is very kind considerate and professional. Andrew, Wally, and Kacy were all very kind and helpful my entire interaction with them. Wish I could give ten stars.

AVOID this location at all cost!!! ... well, as long as the manager named Mo is in charge. He was rude, irresponsible, and straight-out lied to me! So here's what happened... I received a voicemail at 8am the day before a move from Temple to Austin to confirm the reservation for a 10' truck. 30 min later, I received a text message with the same content. Neither mentioned anything about the need to call back. However, just to be safe, I decided to call the location anyway during my lunch break. But when Mo picked up, he told me that he had given the truck to someone else b/c I didn't pick up my phone at 8am. What? Seriously?!? I tried to ask for more explanation but he refused. He simply gave me the corporate number and said that he can't do anything at this point. He said that if I needed help, I should hang up and call that number, or he was going to hang up instead. Of course I needed help! My move was the next day and my reservation just got messed up! Feeling outraged, I called the corporate number. Apparently, Mo didn't even have a 10' truck to begin with for that day! He confirmed my reservation by accident and made up a random story about giving the truck to someone else! What a lair! I guess he was trying to avoid the $50 confirmation guarantee fee. This was just ridiculous. Fortunately, the customer support agent helped me through the situation and rescheduled me to pick up a truck at a location near Temple. To compensate for Mo's mistaken, she gave me the $50 confirmation guarantee fee and an extra 30 miles on the truck. I'm so glad that I'm out of Temple...
