“Only was at HEB. New to area and will be looking forward to going to the rest of the shops to see. Always congested around grocery store but still open area in parking area. Multiple businesses all around in this center. Take time to look around. You will be surprised. New place is opening in Early Nov '18. "Orangetheory" 3118/3122. Update: Wednesday, 27 April, '22. This Market place is always busy. HEB especially. New businesses are always coming in. Enjoy but is congested. New in area is the heb service station. Competitive prices. ??
Update: Tuesday, 30 August,22. Stopped at Spectrum in Market Place. All was great ??. Got what I needed done ✅. Thank you Market Place for this conveyance. 5⭐'s. Update: February 14, 2023. Not much has changed since last update. Still having the same bottleneck in front of HEB. and the exit at the Kohl's store. Just be safe because people walks across road without looking at traffic. Still a 5 ⭐ rating. July 3, 2023. All is going ok. Several places have closed. But before long you will have new businesses going in. ?? Update: 6 Oct, 2023. Busy, busy place. From Jason's Deli to HEB, KOHLS and everything between. Update: Dec 6, 2023. Always a very busy place. Especially when sales are going on. Haven't found a time that is unbusy. So good luck and take your time. Enjoy your time over the holidays. Always a 5 ⭐'s rating for market place. Update: 16 Mar, 2024. Rainy day late and had to stop at H E B. Always a busy place. Got in and got out in a reasonable time. This Shopping area stays busy. 5 ⭐'s always. Update: 28 May, 2024. Times are changing. Lots of vacant shops. But the mess of vehicles are always in front of HEB. Watch out for the people going in and out. Update: 21 September, 2024 . Stopped in at both Jason's Deli and Daiso today. Lots of traffic in this parking lot. Take your time... people everywhere walking between cars.”

“Near my home, so I am there several times a week. Specs, Target, Chipotle, and Home Depot are my friends. "Jim" inside Home Depot knows where everything is located .. he open the store years ago. Watch out for drivers that cruise through the lot as if doing off-Broadway Moto cross. Starbucks hidden inside Target.”
