“***UPDATE***Kim reached out to me directly when she heard about my disappointment. She was insistent that they make it right. I took the chipped sign in so they could line up the holes properly again and understood that it may be a while before it was finished and I was okay with that. THE NEXT DAY my sign was ready!!When I went in to pick it up, Kim apologized and explained that in an effort to get me my sign by my opening, they used a leftover piece of acrylic and that was likely why the cut ended up being rough. I totally understood and appreciated that. I told her that honestly, I *was* glad to have something up for the opening and customers probably didn't even notice. My new sign is PERFECT and beautiful. I thanked her for making it right and the A+++ customer service.------------**ORIGINAL REVIEW**I am not one to give less than stellar reviews but I'm highly disappointed with the product I received. Let me start by saying that Kim, who I was initially in contact with, was wonderful to work with. I called and got a quote for an acrylic standoff sign. After receiving the quote, I called Kim back and said that I wanted to move forward but wouldn't need the actual standoffs included in the quote, as there were already ones from the previous sign that had been installed. She said she'd resend the corrected quote and the next steps would be for me to send the logo over and I'd get a proof emailed to me. I received the updated quote and sent the logo file to her email and called to pay the deposit. Next, I received an email from someone named Alex asking for the fonts as they couldn't open them from the file I sent originally. I replied apologizing and sent a packaged file so they'd have the fonts and asked if the job would be finished by the end of the week for my grand opening. Alex said it would. Great! I waited to get a proof sent over. Next thing I know, I had an email on Thursday morning saying the sign was done? When I picked it up, it looked great! However, the corners were rounded which I wasn't expecting but I didn't mind either way, just thought it was interesting that there was never any discussion about what type of corners I wanted. When I got to my shop, the holes for the standoff brackets didn't line up. Another detail that had never been discussed or asked of me. I called and spoke with Kim telling her that I had never received a proof or had any communication about the corners or the holes and where they should be. Thankfully, I still had the originial sign from the previous store with the correct hole placement so I dropped it off for a reprint to be done, understanding that it may not be done in time. On Friday, I got a call at 2:30pm saying the new sign was done. I was excited that I'd have it in time for my grand opening that evening! Upon arrival, I was told that technically they were supposed to charge me a 50% reprint fee. I thought this was ridiculous since the error was 100% due to their lack of communication and not getting a proof approval prior to doing the job. (I didn’t end up paying this.) I picked up the sign and went straight to my shop. When I peeled off the paper/sticker backing, I was immediately disappointed in the quality of this second sign. There was a chipped corner, rough unfinished edges, and small chips all along the top edge. Compared to the first sign, it looked like a terrible rush job. If the second sign was done to the same quality as the first, I would have given 4 stars (minus one for the lack of communication and reprint fee). I've attached pictures to show the quality of the first sign that didn’t line up compared to the final sign I received.”
